Possibly similar region to Kanabo MC , if true.

So, bit of an educated guess, but fortune favours the brave and those who get in early!

FAO Phernomenick..can you shed a little bit of light on this as I believe you called the company about it.

Simplest way to read that RNS to me is like a Fundraise/Placing.

Pires have basically raised £2Million quid with a quasi placing @ 13.55p.

But instead of having money in the bank, they immediately invested it (in Sure)

So yes there is circa 11% ' dilution' but the investment is good imo.

Imo...this company gets better and better.

I absolutely agree with the poster who said if this goes up substantially, it won't be a short squeeze - there aren't enough of them - this will be purely a pump and rampers push up..

It could well be that the fundamentals of this company also so go positive as the vaccination programme rolled out further.

Aided and abetted by the owners revealing their plans to take horrendous and unethical bonuses @ circa £1.30, I think this is probably destined to rise..

But I doubt it will be anything to do with Reddit.

I wouldn't be too hard on yourself regarding Nakama.
You made a very decent profit percent, and there's no way of judging the future.
I think you made a sensible decision getting out... You never know when they're going to crash.

Let's face it these type of shares are acting like Quasi pyramid schemes..
Certain shareholders (probably some of the usual crew) will be offered Placing shares @ big discount, and with an emperor's New clothes scenario+FOMO, other than jump on to the bandwagon, creating its own momentum.

The ridiculous valuations of these RTO vehicles become nonsensical, but it doesn't really matter..
You just have to play the game until the point when it feels like the critical mass has been reached

I think it will take a similar path to Nakama/Ridgecrest ..

There'll have to be a fundraise here pronto , but it's a case of hedging your bets with that at against a potential share price rise fuelled by TR1s imo

You'll have to look back and work out which holders have them.
It could result in quite a big power rebalance and a massive squeeze upwards..
Or it could provide dilution for months and months.. all depends what happens to them..timing on being exercised etc
