Firstly , Low6 is listing on the Australian ASX, so not sure about complications with trading.
2) I think the price of Low6 us expected to rise rapidly on issue (as with many ipos) and you might not get in at a reasonable price.

3) by investing in GUN, you're diluting and spreading the risk with other investments that could come off in gold and copper etc

Just one important thing to add to that..
I believe low6 are expecting to raise another £15M+ pre/ or@IPO..
So depends what slice GUN get..
If we take it on a pro-rata basis (which may not be the case) , then Unicorn status would be approx 30X IPO price.
All sounds a bit fanciful, but Pointsbet IPOd with 100K customers a couple of years ago and quickly grown to about £1.5Billion.

It will all depend whether Low6 crack the Americas. Are targeting North and South America... The CEO is so ambitious he's moving to New York in July..

I've PIREs a long while, and C Akers is an astute investor with 100 baggers behind him.

His name does tend to create its own gravity and momentum - so he can't lose really - but it can lead to great profits for smaller investors.

I'd suggest one he invested at 1.3p, a ten bagger is 13p - or MC of circa £35Mill.
Very doable with a fair wind and increasingly good investments at higher prices

From Companies House, the number of Low6 total shares is 544,381, so our 6667 and additional CLN gives us about 2% -with PIREs slightly less.

So a Unicorn Low6 (which they are aiming for - and is certainly achievable looking at Pointsbet, which they're trying to emulate) would value GUN @ £20Milluon, on Low6 alone.
Add a potential bagger at Rincon, and I can see us with a £30Million MC this year.

I think people, maybe new to trading , are misunderstanding this bog standard resolution relating to giving the company power to fundraise. IF NEEDED.

Either that or people are getting naughty by deciding to use the word 'placing' and "dilution" in the heading , for obvious reasons.

Anyway yes I agree with Rogue Baron. I don't really get it to be honest unless they got something up their sleeve and all lining up some kind of merger.

The sales figures aren't very inspiring, and you're right it, it will be hard for gunsynd to dump such a large holding .

These are a bit back of fag packet..but an estimated quick summary of present value in £

Eagle Mountain 700K

Empress 300K

Rincon 1.2M

Rogue Baron (the figure banded around was 1.5M..not sure of this)

Cash estimate approx 1 Million

And if we have circa 2% of Low6 @ 50M flotation = 1 Million.

So, my estimate is NPV of around £5.5million which doesn't take into account any potential major uplift of Rincon/Low6.

Our present MC is around £6.7 million . So I'd say we're going to be very undervalued soon at this share price.

Please feel free to correct as these are estimates (especially rogue Baron being an unknown)

Wondering if Gunsynd are going to do a quick in and out with convertible loans..

Main potential upside for Rogue Baron is in the mergers and acquisition potential imo

The dilution theme is a red herring.
No doubt there will be fundraisers in the future, but hopefully at a higher share price with less dilution.

enthusiastic as I am about Rincon , Eagle Mountain and Low6, I've got to admit I don't see the value in Rogue Baron, which feels a bit tinpot because they're not raising anything at IPO.

I might be missing something but I cant see much forward value in this one.. unless I get a big name on board

If you read Aprogerson's post , he is correct in that many companies include this provision for IF they need to raise cash in the future.

It doesn't mean they will (and to the top line extent ) but gives them the shareholder approval and leewy to do it in a considered way if they need to.
