Like I say couldn't buy in here on interactive Investor.. should have changed broker!

However when you say that that you can't understand this being undervalued compared to PIRI, I think it's fair to point out that's because Pires owns 24million additional warrants on Pluto.. which I think equates to an additional 16% of share options .

Pires' has a bigger slice of Pluto anyway (with far greater tech Investments on top and Low6 IPO - and Riverfort only has 18% of Pires - so it would be a bit ridiculous to value RGO the same as PIRI..

I'm not saying I wouldn't like to be in here for the Pluto aspect, because I would, but I think PIRi has the bigger and better investment portfolio.

Seems that RGO MC will soon catch PIRI, and that word seem odd to me at this point.

I like RGO...looks very well managed , bit can't invest in Interactive investor unfortunately..

Worth remembering though that PIRES additionally holds 24million warrants in Pluto, on top of a bigger slice.

Low6 going under the radar a little bit here in the crypto frenzy..
But Chris Akers expect it to become a unicorn quite quickly after IPO with Pires at near 2% (or £20million if that happens)

Gunsynd also have a slice with Chris Akers in there at 6%+

I think there are a few potential catalysts here..with Low6 IPO the obvious one in next few weeks.

Ps Apro ..yes, maybe Rogue Baron will be the dark horse here. There certainly are anglibg it towards a buyout

Also frustratingly don't do this stock, as I wanted to buy at 1.3p..
Seems there's quite a few brokers not offering it

Shinju Japanese Whisky, which landed in the U.S. on March 12th has now
been completely sold. This shipment, which contained 857 cases, follows
multiple pallets that were recently air-freighted in to fill immediate demand.
Each case pack of six bottles sells between $125 - $150.

Sales in the Brand's two cornerstone markets, New York and Washington DC, are
up 271% and 445% respectively since September. Both distributors in each market Have significantly increased their orders due to growing demand.

Distributors in the aforementioned markets, New York and DC, as well as
distributors in Florida, California, and Massachusetts all took in product to
fill the growing demand. Rogue Baron was also able fill orders in the newly
opened markets of Nevada and Arizona.

Because the current shipment sold so quickly, several new markets are on hold
until the next round of production arrives. Rogue Baron is currently in the
process of bottling another 10,000 bottles of Shinju at its distillery in
Japan, with another 20,000 in the pipeline after that. This compares to sales
of roughly 6,000 bottles sold in 2019 and 9,000 bottles sold in 2020, although
the latter was heavily affected by both COVID-19 related lockdown restrictions ..

So that totals 31,000 bottles = nearly a million dollars. Looking excellent for increased demand and ultimately a buyout.

Let's assume IFPH is the 'target' for Traf..
There's some very interesting cross-pollination of top personnel between Traf and IFPH, and coincidentally also IFPH and some of my other tech/ AI investments.. which is interesting because of their expertise.

We know that Gary Thorneycroft is financial director for both Traf and IFPH..

Two other interesting characters at IFPH, boss Andy Frangos and tech specialist Atif Yaqub - most heavily linked to Pluto Finance, which is a digital funding company due for an IPO v soon - heavily invested and going public to quite a big funfair.

Atif is also the co-founder of crypto YOP..which PIREs investments are heavily into.

Both these guys are AI and IPO specialists ..
And , I agree . this company IFPH could be about to start an exciting adventure..

I'm seriously hoping Traf is part of that.

I'll assess this as it unfolds over the next 3 months or so.
If the BOD do more Placings etc at no increased value, I'll be out, but willing to see how Rincon/Eagle/ Empress plus Low6 pan out

I can see this has been a dog for LTHs, but I'm pretty new in and very confident (as long as CA stays around)

CA has a somewhat mixed reputation, depending mainly on whether his input has led to riches or being spiked before he's bailed out - with attendant share crash.

He's a huge investor with very deep pockets, and he seems to go for two kinds of companies..

1) purely speculative on potential for RTO into tech (mainly) like MAC, TRAF, IME etc..
He tends to buy into placings then negotiates with the board - if he likes them he sticks around, and if not..ouch! For shareholders.

2) investment companies where he has a good relationship with the board, like PIREs ( 7 bagged), AAA (. 350bagged), and prospectively GUN.. where he tends to stick around for excellent growth prospects.

I don't know how much involvement he has here, but he certainly has the Golden touch if he believes in it.

There is the chance that he loses interest here, but I think it's far more likely that he has faith abd gets his 10-bagger.

Bit of patience needed, but when the catalyst comes I think this one will go

Yes, I'm afraid the mass dumping (probably by warrant holders and some Placees) continues.
I'm sure GUN will sustained some traction at some point in the near future, but until then it's a waiting game.

Generally I think warrants I'll being used far too liberally by certain brokers, and cause a large drag on the share price.

Of course the company collects useful money for the exercised warrants, and 1.3p isn't that bad compared to some other companies I could speak of

I'm guessing that he's continuing to gobble up the placee/ warrant overhang

I think I'm not tempted to trade the , ASX , Nasdaq etc purely because I don't want further complications. I think I like to see things in one bundle for management.

Specifically on Low6 , as mentioned , I do think it will be very difficult to get in on IPO day, and there's a good chance you'll be spiked (like with CBX /KNB here recently)..

I think if you don't get in for the initial IPO shares, it's best letting them settle to see see the lay of the land

I'm with interactive Investor too, but I've never traded international markets. Can I basically use some of my ISA cash how to buy shares straight off? Or is there some sort of form filling required / tax procedures etc?

And just to re ask the question of JJT.. aren't you tempted to directly traded Low6 yourself or apply IPO?
(Is the application for IPO shares very simple? - something else I've never done)
