For those more experienced investors in this share, who expect 10-bags or even more (resulting in a market cap of 50- 100Mill), could someone please explain the Hardman and Co investment report from July 2022.

I've just been reading this for the first time and they have a sum- of-the-parts valuation of £23Mill. (And that's probably optimistic knowing these research reports)

Now I'm not saying this is chicken feed but it's a long way from the valuations posted on this board..

Can someone explain the disconnect between the potentials stated..

Has something happened in the last year that has radically increased the potential income of Cizzle?

There's been six sales with the grand total of circa £27! Algo trades.

Market is waiting for a trading update which should come in the next few days.

Not sure what to expect here -there was a lot of pipeline money expected, but since they've changed their business model somewhat, not sure if this will have translated into near-term profit - particularly for the books.

I see Fusion Antibodies ratcheted up 150% today.

the cynic inside me thinks that they brought the fire ******ant business under the plc wing because it needs cash, and so lst will be a fundraising vehicle..

the optimist in me sees this as a cash generative business with a huge growth area which could lead to lst becoming profitable and they're not too distant future

Just looking at the original company helmed by Deacon , Fire Barrier International.

They appeared to owe creditors 600k end 2022.

Just wondering if there's a little bit of financial sleight of a hand going on here, maybe as a tax loss.

Although, I'm taking him at his word that the order book is strong. It's quite a new company and it's in a huge growth market

I would suggest, Accuracy, that EEnergy need the cash pronto..

They've got a nice little sweetheart deal with Luceco, before the big sale goes through (in the next couple of months).

Share price rises and everyone wins.

Could be wrong, but that's my positive take on it.

The fact that the deal was done at a 25% premium to price (5p) indicates to me that there is some confidence that the bigger circa £30Mill deal will go through.

Then you're looking at a share price of 8.5p - 9p ish

It's possible but I don't believe so.

It's lining up to be a very weak double bottom...

But I'm staying on the sidelines because I'm pretty sure they'll need a fundraiser and it will be lower than 3.6p

The reason this has tanked so dramatically recently is that they are running out of cash and they've already intimated at a fundraise.

It's coming at some point it's just when and at what price
