I'm not aware that BC have access to any other PCR test, so this is their main play here in the PCR testing side I think, commercialisation rights in the US and the EU, bodes well for the coming months. India next and then POC!

Grimshady, yes still invested, just quiet in the mad times since Christmas where nothing changed as we waited... the times are changing now and we will start to see commercialisation. BC do not enter agreements for the sake of it.

The market cap of the business has grown and the product line expanded. Time will tell if their B2B strategy is the right one, we all hope so.

I think DB gets a lot of aggressive emails from investors, even on LinkedIn some of the comments to announcements from investors are disrespectful and inappropriate.

GDR are charting their own course. Shareholders can either be invested here or not. A lot of posts seem to come from individuals who are not invested or have their own troll mentality, there do their position to favour.

Hi Longtermer, yes this is really interesting..qPCR gives a signal that accumulates each cycle of the PCR, the point at which this accumulation occurs (cycle number) gives an accurate measure of the amount of target in the sample. The end point measurement happens at the end of the PCR process. The chemistry GDR uses gives you information about the amount (height) but critically the genotype (position). They use this for their other tests. This marks the GDR test out from the qPCR crowd, another level of information the other tests don’t give....

ODX have a spike protein antibody test.... good for C19, not for C20, C21, C22, C23, C24...

I'm not sure that's correct, I think they've kept to the original game plan on the basis that its a different business to run if you become customer facing and if that's not the long term strategy you effectively have to change structures twice, I think they're sticking to place, but since nobody knows, nobody knows.

The business has never been customer facing, that's a different type of business. If you look at their hearing loss test and HCV test, they're partnering players who are already in the market and can take on that role - it takes out a whole layer out of the business and personally I think it makes sense.... time will tell. Sales will come, remember after COVID the business needs to run as it always has, so no point engaging more staff to service customer support... my view.

They ave highlighted a health ministry in the EU, a partnership with a high volume automation partner Beckman in the US, and a Gates funded provide DIVOC in India. These largely depend on approvals, once in these represent an ongoing and significant revenue stream without the need for GDR to manage customers, they are not a B2C business. Soon we shall see the merit of this approach.
