@ST I agree, things are lined up ready for approvals and DB waiting as long as he can to finalise them, until the approvals are in the agreements are not necessarily notifiable.

@older, I agree too, we are now in a waiting game and things will come good. Interestingly AVCT and ODX will have the same regulatory hurdles once they have products that can enter that process... We will get there shortly.

I disagree TB, nobody knows where this crazy world is heading or what markets are going to do, £8m was not an insignificant raise and to strike whilst they could was I think the right thing to do. COVID share prices were rising wildly at that time and have settled since. You can’t predict these things, anyone who says they can should be multi billionaire. We are well funded to ride any financial storm, we have money for development and commercialisation. Share price will come good as market cap grows with the value over coming weeks, months and years. As I said in my earlier post, this is for the sophisticated shareholder not the day trader.

The same notified body would be involved in the recent iso13485 accreditation so circumstantial we know the WHO process should be underway. RNS today was my prediction but yesterday’s information suggests we may still be a week off that. A lot going on, a lot of news will come, this is the sophisticated investors COVID play in my opinion

I like the new name, its a clever split of the My Lotus branding into something more personable and I'm guessing a play on Milo so gives it a persona (oh excuse the pun there linking it to another well known fertility brand!). In consumer products this is important and I think it shows the Companies reflection on how to market this product and make it stand out.

I bought in at about £2 so a long way to go here, one to keep tucked away and look at periodically. Technically a superior product which is what I normally invest in, time will make this good I'm sure if that.

Hey market cap at the time was lower than it is today so with my averaging down it't not bad. I am very confident in the Company and the product, it's just a matter of time here. When you look at the Genedrive it's a unique product in the market, nothing else quite like it. I think the whole COVID play will show the need for POC molecular testing for many different diseases and Genedrive is placed ready to provide the system in my view, it's why I am and still am invested here.

Would never sell all of them @sam, no I sold between £1.50-£1.65 and set my target to buy back in below £1 but was never able to buy back - missed timing or simply not there long enough. I have plenty of skin in the game so I'm not too upset as I averaged down from the £2.85 I paid back in 2016. I'd love the share price to go back nearer the £3 mark. Based on a multiple of good recorded sales I think a MC of £200m is possible, I continue to hold fast.

Thanks @andy, most of us try not to ‘ramp’ and try to keep to facts, as investors we are optimistic though :)

I was going to write a similar thing. Some people here do a lot of research and/or have industry backgrounds and contacts that can help support other investors. It is frustrating. When the Company is in a position to update its shareholders it will.

have AVCT or ODX got a lateral flow POC device yet? They'll have to go through exactly the same processes in terms of product registrations for approvals, etc. GDR much more advanced and sales will come as this is a product with a growing demand and a shortage of supply. GDR will partner sales channels, they don't seem to want to create in-house sales and all the additional costs that comes with in terms of product support. I personally think that's smart. Looking forward to the next steps here!

Exciting week ahead. The Company has a great test entering a market that has a growing need for quick, integrated diagnostics. A lots of countries were burned with tests that didn't work, so I suspect they'll want to test for themselves before committing to the size of orders we say before at the start with Novacyt. But as confidence grows, so will the orders. I think too that the biggest opportunities are in Asia, Africa and Latin America since these countries need to push testing out into remoter communities. This is where the GDR product has significant benefits. Also in it's ability to be used in combination with low cost, more widely available standard PCR instruments to buoy cheaper high throughput capacity. We are in for interesting times for sure, and then POC!

Hi Marve, so generally the realtime qPCR instruments are open platform research tools, they present data not analysis. What the Genedrive tool does is convert the results into analysis for the user. This is important because there are 3 results to track in the test, the control and 2x target. It's a benefit to the user because they don't have to manually go through the results and convert them into 'what do they mean', a real benefit in my view.

That should indicated that it is indeed a genuine site.

I agree. It's terrible that there are some asinine individuals on this bulletin board who think it's acceptable to hijack other people's hard work, either at DIVOC or investors here who have put their hard earned money into this business. People may disagree with the potential but they shouldn't seek to undermine people's investment which ultimately posting fake comments is designed to do. Really despicable.
