In a total of 290 specimens, collected using various swab types and RNA isolation methods, the sensitivity was 100%, specificity was 99.0%, with a PPV of 99.4% and NPV of 100%. The overall diagnostic accuracy was 99.6%. The total error rate was 3.4%, all resulting from specimens collected at one site.

I've been a holder for a long time, averaged down on the days after the fall on the chance that Iclaprim might go into further trials and come good. Water under the bridge. Please can someone who has a better understanding validate my assumptions now based on what I've read. This is an RTO opportunity with ca. £18m of tax credits as well as being a cheaper entry into an aim listing. The qualifying tax credits would only be valid for businesses in the same industry. If thats the case then there should be value in difference between current MC f ca. £3m and the £18m. Approximately 5x. Could that mean a deal could value 5x 0.5p so 2.5p?

agree, a few centralised labs in the US and it could take capacity, it must be why the focus isn't on selling small numbers to smaller labs - go for a few large customers, simpler all round to manage

We should see an rns shortly, I think there shear volume of companies with kits put froward for approvals has slowed down the process. The fact that we have had no news is good news, any problems would have to be announced so no news is no news as they say.

It's what they're all about, I guess the ambiguity would around does that in effect constitute price manipulation as they would be forcing a price in a direction to suit rather than betting on a price heading one way or another through natural trading patterns?

I had wondered the same, as long as it’s within the TR1 dates or volumes it would never need to be announced. Requires some company knowledge... otherwise could go horribly wrong. Same principle as selling high and buying back low I guess.

Safy, interesting. I don't expect anything from ICMR, just DCGI. If so it then seems we won't hear from them until FDA/EUA.

interesting that the Genedrive web page states DCGI and not ICMR. This therefore assumes FDA approvals required and then DCGI approvals as per guidelines... We therefore will not get an ICMR announcement?

I agree, it’s coming soon though. Does anyone know when that page appeared? What it shows is there is nothing material suggesting there’s a problem otherwise they would not have posted the page. I wonder which approval will come through first? Certainly a lot of sales potential building here and not yet factored into the market cap.

I agree, he can update without an RNS by restating an already published intent to show everything is still just percolating through, or do another interview about the BC tie up and what that means and comment on approvals. I'm slightly disappointed as DB came on here to support the supporters but seems to have not followed up that good intent.

Thin trading today, hence the drop. As I said earlier some communication from the Company that things are on track would despite being slow would help support trading volume. Investors just holding off until approvals. Once they are in we should climb rapidly.
