The recent spike in European natural gas prices means that green hydrogen derived from renewable energy is currently cheaper to produce than highly polluting grey H2 from unabated methane.
The innovative gas driven heat pump of BOOSTHEAT will generate renewable heat from the ambient air by means of the patented thermal compression, invented and manufactured by BOOSTHEAT.

No safety and pollution is a huge problem for Nuclear, Some sites being considered for SMR are only just above sea level, with sea level rise from worsening climate change these could easily be inundated with awful consequences.
Base-load was a Myth peddled by the fossil fuel and Nuclear industry.... its nothing more than an old out dated way of thinking now, times have moved on.

Clean safe energy is the future...Nuclear is just Too dangerous and produces toxic forever pollution that has to be left for future generations to deal with... SMRs like their bigger brothers won't be able to compete with solar, wind and storage by 2030. so will be a white elephant for RR sadly.

In face of a French-led push to revive nuclear power in Europe, a group of five EU countries led by Germany have banded together to urge the European Commission to keep nuclear out of the EU’s green finance taxonomy.
“All the money that goes into nuclear energy is definitely money that should be put into renewable energy and that's what the world needs. We need energy, but it doesn't come from fossil fuels. And we need energy that does not contain nuclear waste”,
