Just started looking at this share. Posters are hoping for a bump in price this week but many have no opinion. Is there a dilution coming ?.
The SP may well rise a bit this morning. Would it be a good idea to sell everything above the open offer price and buy back in at the 15.3p in a few days. Is there any benefit in holding anything currently above 15.3p at the moment ?.
Bill, I have not received any notification other than in my HL account there is an option to purchase 11000 odd shares, but this is not active yet
feileb - on the face of it, Coltranes proposal is a no brainer. It would be criminal for it to be ignored. This proposal would make me think about taking up some of my open offer, I personally think that the 25% free float would not be achieved with existing proposals, but more likely if Coltranes proposal works out.
I wonder if the press article this morning stating there was only one viable option was sent out to poke Coltrane in the ribs.
RNS out at 18.03.
Gazza, you are invited to part with £10557 as Bill says. You have to do this by the 13th, then depending what happens on 15th you may have lost the lot. Anyone have any guesses how many PIs will take this up then ?
Thanks again Bill, will shareholders be given the choice on the 26th between the existing lenders plan with them taking 95% and Coltranes plan giving shareholders 10%, or will be the BOD that chooses which options to put to the vote
Thanks Bill, Have Coltrane now laid all the cards on the table, what is the meeting at the end of March for ?
What news is due tomorrow ?
Meetings regarding restructuring have been taking place over last two weeks. Standard Life and Duke University have both made large buys, whats going on ?.
December salaries are due to be on 27th, where do you get early from ?.
The vast majority of RNS-Holdings in Company come from Goldman Sachs. Can anyone explain what they are doing ?. Are they just constantly adjusting a portfolio or lending to shorters etc
Hargreaves lansdown charge about £12
Bluefiesta, I feel the same as Demps. I could see no reason why this wouldn't go back to prices pre re-financing agreements, 1.20-1.50 or so. But the last couple of weeks at work have been getting bad to worse. Loads more cuts coming, contracts will struggle as these take place. Its not just the fat on the bone that's coming off, this is serious desperation to meet repayment commitments. I will decide by Tuesday whether I will cut my losses, stop paying into company share plans etc, as I think this may be a very long haul.
Care to elaborate Bluefiesta ? Would be very surprised if huge RNS tomorrow. CEO has just purchased a truck load of shares, wouldn't look good.
Phase 2 headcount reduction procedure starts today,
Aendjo, thank you, you have explained very clearly and you continue to please me with your enthusiasm. I realise this award to the BOD is all above board. I fell a whiff of unease though, as they have not yet had time to prove that they can turn things around, and relate the award to performance. I am currently investing the maximum amount an employee can into the last two Share Save plans, and it is a possibility will not turn a profit. Just shows then that timing is the number one thing in share buying. Any way, I still have my Maserati brochure to flick through.
What does the latest RNS mean ?. To me it appears that the three directors have benefited from a share performance plan dating back to 2015, but they were not at the company then. Could someone take the time to explain ?.
Denby, any Electrician reading this will be laughing, an NVQ 3 will get you a gold card
