It is clear that Tremor management are restructuring the business.

It seems they are taking a scythe to the undesirable elements of the business, and that includes Perk.

I am pleased to see them focus on quality rather than low-grade rubbish like Perk - also agree it was not a good acquisition. Better to cut your losses and move on.

We don’t know what Perk was contributing to the annual revenue - I suspect not that much.

Time will tell whether we end up with a quality, market leading video advertising company with strong revenue and profits.

Personally, I think the management of Tremor are several cuts above the clowns that ran RythmOne, and that they will prevail.

Which will come first?

Who are the The Tema Metropolitan Assembly and what is their role/purpose?

I wonder if he’s been brought in because of teething problems?

Anyway, you wouldn’t appoint him if you thought the rug was just about to be pulled from under you - bodes well.

So whilst Dataxu and Sizmek struggled in this challenging industry, Tremor prevail.

It’s on the up IMO.

A good day today. Hopefully momentum starts to build from here. Needs to get over £2 to demonstrate a new pricing range.

The chairman clearly has confidence in the company. Either he knows the company is trading well, or he is aware how undervalued the company is versus its industry peers. Either way...

Or they plan to put the company up for sale.

I will be the first to sing the CEO’s praises once the contract is signed, the details announced and the SP rises. I have twice been up 100% here only for the promised projects to slip away, but I do think this time will be different.

I think the company has had its share of bad luck, but hindsight has also shown some of the previous announcements to be misleading.

I remain committed and agree that this is not the time to be selling. In fact I added more last week. Patience will win the day eventually, and we shall have our payday. Hopefully.

To some extent I agree with that. If you’ve got nothing to announce, then what’s the point? That said some companies go through long periods of silence during which time the SP drifts downwards.

Disappointing to hear they are waiting for forestry permits to drill the BKM/BKZ link zone. I had presumed that would have been covered by existing permits.

Revenues have grown but the company has been loss making. Share dilution occurs on a regular basis. That’s why the share price is where it is.

That said, I do believe TEMA will push the company in to profit, and I do believe the deal is secured.

This contract will be a good money spinner. Once the unions stop blocking its nation’s progress...

Isn’t it fairly obvious. Share price is in the doldrums and they are trying to make their investment case?

So it would be better to be at the bottom of the rankings? No, I thought not...

I fully agree that the reason for non-disclosure of figures at this stage is due to political sensitivities. They probably have an agreement preventing early disclosure.

I am sure as soon as the contract is signed, the terms will be disclosed for the very simple reason that PF will want the SP to rise.

Hope it’s this side of Christmas...
