S4 Capital has annual revenue and EBITDA fairly similar to Tremor. S4 also have £30m of debt.

Which looks the better value to you?

As I understand it the basics of it are,

£1.75m issue of shares (with some rules on how/when they are sold)
£1.5m loan - 5% initial drawdown fee, then 6.5% pa interest
Option of further £1.5m loan at same terms as above

So cash position of company should be c. £3.8m at present. (£550,000 carried forward from year end 2019)

I would expect to see more increase this week

Can’t think of many other companies reporting 63% yoy revenue increase, with more news due in the next month

Green shoots for sure, good improvement in revenue, but would have liked an EBITDA figure

Hopefully some news for Saudi in near future

Hope this will form a 180 base rather than slink back to 150
