No, I think the $2.5m gets paid upon execution of the SPA, not upon signing. Signing has been announced today, execution will occur next month after shareholder and government approval.

I think it’s because there is still more waiting to come. Next step, late Jan for execution of the SPA - which includes ARS shareholder approval and Indonesian government approval - accompanied by $2.5m payment, then Jan 31st for 7.5m payment.

Bit more patience required. But not that much.

There has been a subtle change in the way the $10m is being paid, but I don’t thing it’s a big issue. Surprised it wasn’t made more clear in the RNS whether the $2.5m has been received.

Dear oh dear, what a mess. As the surrounding market soars, WSG slumps yet again.

There will be no multimillion contract in the next few months - if there was, the company would have waited, announced and then raised on the back of it.

For once I have been rather fortunate in selling the last 70% of my holding earlier this week. Doubt I’ll keep the last slice in here, plenty of better opportunities elsewhere.

That’s not correct Drew. The RNS states ‘Execute a SPA within 30 days’. Go back and read it. It did have a Covid caveat though. We’re at 45 days now. Still, so long as it comes fairly soon...

I’m yet to encounter a mining project that runs ahead of time. Moving steadily in right direction. I will see any dips as an opportunity.

Didn’t get a chance to read the announcement yesterday. Odd RNS as nothing really announced, and seems to have stopped the SP momentum in its tracks, but all appears well with the company and progress as a whole.

Lesson for the management to learn on that one. If the SP is rising, no need to put out a weak RNS.

How do holders see the remaining funding here working out? A mix of off-take and equity raise? With the market cap at 100m and the outstanding funding required a similar level, how is that going to affect the SP? Could be a massive dilution unless it’s done at project level?

I actually think it’s useful for the SP to sit sub-nominal for a while. It will focus minds at HQ to make their existing business profitable and sustainable, rather than relying on six monthly dilution to keep the lights on. Last figures suggest they are at that point of profitability at last. They need to be aiming for 2-3m profit pa, then moving on from there.

I think c. 7p looks a fair price in the next few days or weeks given there is still some uncertainty around the IPO. Once the IPO goes through, should break 10p.

Anyone know how much drilling Beutong will need to get it to reserve/feasibility study stage?

Interesting TM is planning to pick up another site or two with the proceeds as well. Personally I’d rather he sunk the lot in to Beutong, but maybe he is lining up a new partner to help share the drilling cost there.

Major turning point for the company today after the last two years of disappointment. Today’s deal exceeds what I thought would be achieved. Credit to the Chairman.
