The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
PC's not going to build a mine Period! He can't be a***d he's waiting for a takeover bid. Wouldn't surprise me if he were back in Ireland digging around for his precious Birite. What's it been now?, oh yeah, nearly 16 months since we got our Mining licence.
it's ramping or de ramping by us, it's the market capitalisation, it was down to £20m lowering the share price to 3.9p then yesterday it went up to £21m pumping the share price up to 4.1p but today it's miraculously back down to £20m lowering the share price back to 3.9p
I don't see how ACP can make and spend £1m in a day. So is someone manipulating the market, playing silly buggers, incompetent or was it just a genuine typo!? Or indeed, did ACP make and spend a Million pounds in one day? All I know is that this one day alteration of market capitalisation cost me money that I very strongly now believe should not have been. Any thoughts anyone?
No it would be nice if he stopped wasting time digging around in the dirt enjoying his hobby as a Geologist and started putting all the cash he raises into starting up the Pozz Ash mine instead of waiting around hopping for a takeover bid just like before because he just can't be Stinking bothered with it!!!!
Ok so last week the Market Capitalisation was £13,000,000. 13mil divided by 406mil shares = 3p a share. This week the Market Capitalisation is only £12,000,000. thus 12mil divided by 406mil shares = 2.9p a share. Can anyone tell me where £1,000,000. went?
Yes it would be nice if it all went well! Now don't get me wrong guys I'm not trying to de-ramp the share but I just can't forget the coal brackets, which they flogged and kept the money, nor can I forget the gold mine they were well into, which they flogged and kept the money. These solicitors know the corporate law and I feel how to leave shareholders high and dry whilst they have the cream of the crop. Where did the money go? Yes they re-invested some into the next project, but did they put all of it in? And will they flog of this project for a profet that we again will not see, but be sure to invest some of it into something else else where? Part of me is saying get some more shares while they're low, but another part of me is saying hold on, how much more money are you going to give away for these people to invest and enjoy the fruits of without you. I could be very wrong but I just have a concern. Any thoughts?
Bplanoyes, absolutely right, totally agree. Mineralex, yes seen it before and still investing here; this one Pozz/Perl, is just a win win situation IMHO and yes I've been with SRES since the heady days of Irish Birite, though thankfully as the markets changed over the years I diligently sold when necessary, so very minimal losses for me, though again, these were market conditions and not the company.
Well done Patrick, anyone with a brain in there head knows, as I have said before, it wont be until we get the mining permits that this company will really turn around, but until the American government gives them to us, which they will, we must be patient. Once again Patrick, well done, I know my investment is safe.
Interestingly, Samspade4 posted a link about Kirkland mining in the same line as us, and their mine life is 40 years compared to our 15, however, with the new claim as stated in an rns a short while ago "project claim area increased by over 250%" and with today's rns stating that it's high quality perlite thus far, this 250% increase should surely increase our total mine life to be 5-10 years in excess of kirkland's 40 years...or, we double production mine both sites simultaneously, though I can't see that as being as cost effective with initially double machinery, but you get my gist. Let's hope the bulk sampling is just as favourable as the grade results. Oh and welcome back angelaj6611.
Hi mate, unfortunately until we become an actual mining company, we are an exploration company, and while we remain an exploration company, nothing is certain, it's all speculation and above all, hope. I grant you yes, we seem to have come a very long way on this one and finally cracked it; but until we start mining and thus making the transition to an AIM mining company, the markets will only look in to see what's happening now and again. They, like me and all the other long term holders plus PC and board of directors, know that realistically, late next year will be the turning point for this company. I just ask that the board choose not to consolidate and thus inadvertently plunge the share price, but say again as I've said before, just sell off all our other projects and claims around the world to raise capital that will soon be needed. Patience is a virtue. GLA, (I think that mean's Good Luck All)?
I too totally agree, our company's done all the work and we don't want anyone else getting their hands on it or riding on our backs. I should think PC's had a team all over the local area looking for more over the last 18 months and I wont be displeased if he continues to do so, which obviously he will actually be doing in the back ground anyway; no we could become a very big player in the Pozz Ash and Perlite industry. Again I stress, let's lose all the other projects and focus on the one that after all these years is now finally going to pay us off.
What we need now is no more share dilution to directors and 100% no consolidation!; and to sell off all other projects to raise capital to get this going but do not build any processing plants anytime soon as this will soak up all profits. Those who are buying this stuff already have their own processing plants, give it a few years, you Comprehendi PC...and well done mate. As for the share price, until we move from an exploration company to a mining company, we've just got to sit it out.
Hi mate, my advice is to stay with it. Yes you're right, we have had a lot of projects in the past, but if PC hadn't been that way inclined then would we have found Pozz ash? The answer is no; so the company have had to go down this rout in order to find a low cost high yield operation. Plus the other projects would have been far more expensive to turn into mining operations at this present time for the company to risk ploughing money into and thus needing far greater backing. Pozz Ash is a low cost operation and when it gets the money coming in, there is no reason to go back to the other projects and develop them with it's own cash. Having read the yesterdays RNS I am feeling more positive than ever with my investment here; the fact that PC's made the comments he made is astounding! Simply because he is, as we all know, a man who keeps his cards very close, and in fact at times too close, to his chest. So for him to say what he said, is extremely encouraging news and ask yourself this question, Pozz Ash was made via a volcano, how many billions of tons of stuff does a volcano spew out! Just how much do we potentially have! It could be billions of tons and thus far, via one drill, it's all been 95% or 97% and above pure! So are we sitting on an absolute volcanic fortune and if we are, could it put SRES into the top 250 on the market.
Watty, these guys make my share holding look so inferior, I'm so ashamed, but they're right, this is a great company and I too have been in here years. What we need now in an RNS (and I think it will come within the next 6 months) is the tonnage potential of the find thus far. As PC said, they can now find more of it through just working out the statistics in the office or some such thing, check out the last two RNS's.
