Hardly a 'yikes' moment. A re-emerging stock that is valued at nearer £4.50 to £5 at current levels jumps up a single digit percentage??? Merely dreamers expecting (aka hoping for a bargain) at 370ish disappearing further towards the horizon with their £100 profit . GLA holders
550p looks a mile away. Onwards.
Someone's a bit LEMON. Onwards and upwards towards 60p which, in reality, is still fairly cheap given the fundamentals! But you do the math and don't listen to the (constant, incessant) naysayers who clearly have an agenda. Mine personally is to make money.
We've hit the low point so fully expect this to slowly recover now. Pointless getting out of airlines this morning. Should've done that before the carnage of 10-15% drops
Likely a missed opportunity if you didn't top up or get in today. Vastly improving financials of TUI, EZJ, IAG, RR etc and this is merely a 10/15% fly in the ointment. Misguided to think this will plummet to pre-recovery SP levels
Intention
What exactly is a Politian? Anything of this earth?
Clearly there's an undercurrent of bitterness on here that a) RR has seen a steady rise over the last couple of years to over £4 from sub 70p and b) the recent issues in the middle east are yet to cause anything more than a minor setback to RR or travel stocks in general. Lemon much? Back around when the most recent rights issue happened and many were saying the company would go to the wall I tried my best to remind people that Rolls Royce was intrinsically linked to the UK government as a flagship company or 'golden goose' and how they'd ultimately step in if needed to make sure they not only survived but actually prospered again. SOME RIDICULED.... AND YET HERE WE ARE.
It seems any retaliation from Iran that took place over the weekend was largely priced in and we likely have some very disappointed bargain hunters on here who will be frothing at the mouth due to not getting anywhere nearer the 370p they'll apparently be buying (back) in at. What price on good news?
Let's get the conversation back to EZJ which- in the face of events in the middle east is already up 2-3% for the day when people thought the airlines would be giving up another 5-10%!!! Seems the retaliation may have been largely priced in and Friday was indeed the prime topping up opportunity myself and others highlighted
The intense obsession (of some) with repeatedly talking Argo down on here is becoming a little odd. If you're not invested, why go on like a broken record repeatedly, day in day out? You've stated your case time and time again, so why not plough your time and effort into doing something more fun or worthwhile?
The question is WHY would a company intentionally sabotage a very decent daily rise in it's own share price? Something fishy is going on. Potentially a low-ball takeover where a current sp back up around the 40/50p mark would have meant paying around 60/70p per share. They really know how to look after their private investors, this lot?! Largely teated with contempt, sadly
I hold the view that this will see the 495-505 area .... PROBABLY BECAUSE I'D LIKE TO BUY IN AT OR SHORT IT TO THIS NUMBER.... yawn
No chance of a war! Basically we know this can be ten percent higher (it was) plus I'd say a conservative extra 10 per cent when the results come out on the 18th. Read this and remind me in a week or so.... Top up time
What was the reason for yesterday's big run up to 33p then? Leaked news there'd be some form of RNS today?? Just shows that NOTHING is completely kept under wraps .... other than the specific content in this case as clearly lots of attempts at stealing a march using some supposed inside knowledge or jumping on the momentum bandwagon
I know what the bottom was, petal. And before you continue gloating, my average remains under the one pound mark! Just didn't feel the need to mention this without provocation
Has anyone mentioned the reinstatement of the dividend being announced in late 2024 or, more likely 2025? Suddenly the talk of hitting £7 (based on current sp) becomes ever so more realistic! Still sound so far fetched, nay-sayers?
spot the penny flipping day-traders salivating at a quick £100 profit at the opening bell, as they frantically sell at 410p!! cloud cuckoo land if you think this will retest 370/375 levels without some major geopolitical news (like a full blown war). just some blowing smoke up their own ****s trying to get in at a bargain basement price!
Of course you do, petal. Of course you do.
MMs triggering stop losses at £4, more like
