week. The sp dropped 16% on the week. I say that's good going considering a no movement rns. If i'm honest, after the rns i was beginning to worry the sp may spiral down to below 4p, and that not happening so maybe just maybe the tide may have turned. Other thoughts?

Underhill, it went from 8.75p to 44p because of the chinese non binding mou and was nothing to do with consolidation.

The sp has trebled in the past few weeks and yet only a 10% drop following a 'no reason for movement' rns, so id say something maybe developing. Gla

I think its too early to be talking bout T/O but if it does happen imho it will be substantially more than £30m.

Gibbo thanks for the post, as always very informative. Just ine thing i disgaree with....if turnover is calculated at $22m then imho the company value Would be well in excess of your quoted 1.5 - 2 multiple ($30-$40m). I would go be more near $100m range. All imho.

Anyone on the board have a idea what they actually mean by 'share capital reduction'? Is it going to be the case that they will buy back shares from pi's, if so at what price Is it likely to be at? Secondly, any thoughts on the consolidation ratio?

I agree, no doubt more positive news to follow in due course. The consolidation should also improve the interest in UEN.
