Absolutly agree, and do not thrown on numbers, as they are also fundamental in building the strategy and change.
however i do see where putting the numbers down and into a pocket can support once you have the direction and strategy.
Its never pretty seeing a change that will cost X mill defecite in Q1,2,3 yet before it his a growing return in 4 and into Y2.
and agree Branding is always difficult to Gauge on, however brand awareness is invaluable. Expecially if you move to a build by order process. Removing veicles from dealers removes a element of branding. Putting it back into F1 not only hit the viewers, yet also anyone that subconsiously sees it in the news. similar to flash advertising. they are getting the brand not only in the sport, but also anyone who by chance see's the advert/news artical. Marketing is never directly profitably yet getting the channel right can more often than not pay in nicely.
Again, Similarly if i was in their shoes i would be advising F1 as a marketing strategy for that very reason.
