Allowing a too cheap entry for Venafi and then not explaining why it was such a cheap entry, it could still be seen as a master stroke of a deal as DA get a big client list to work through and access to alot of support staff but the market just sees a deal valuing the whole company at 40m at this moment in time. It was always going to come down in price, now if the RNS had been better written why it was priced at such a low point we might not have got such a huge drop

Now up to 17.20, just under 5% movement upwards, will be expecting something quite significant to be released soon as there is usually a driver behind any trajectory movements. Prices rarely move alot higher or lower on nothing

I wonder at what price point this new investor and imo customer is being allowed into the business, fingers crossed it wasn't Sisto leading the negotiations or he would have been giving it away, probably will include another smallish amount from Tern as a token or to keep our percentage the same. For a small company like TM to break through the doors of a refinancer/customer in New York is no mean feat so congratulations to them as long as its a far higher valuation

Alastair Williamson building up trust in how to run a technology company but would like to see some updates on Wyld fusion and covid related products. If these delivered like Wyld Connect seems to be delivering then the last five days will seem like climbing a molehill to future increases in the share price. That 2% holding that Tern gave up to AW and Clarke will be seen as a clever astute move in the future if all products deliver their potential

It's Christmas eve and it's our last highlight of the year. In November some of the Team headed to New York to meet some of our customers and investors. We look forward to seeing what the US brings for Talking Medicines in the new year.

Who cares whether you filter me, you say that so often but then I find something new so you unfilter me to see what it is when I get praise from other posters and then post the same update many hours later. Never mind ADVFN's loss and LSE BB gain.
Happy Christmas by the way to all readers, let us hope that 2022 is a better year, nobody can doubt the need for the investments and with covid sadly staying around for ever the need for Tern investments will only increase, one day this will be reflected in the share price.

Do you just want posters to hero worship Sisto then on here?

One thing is true that the investments products are going to be required more and more so possibly this is the low point for the next 12 months of trading. A different more dynamic CEO who is more open to communication and one less tainted by the past is required so fingers crossed that shareholders realize that and vote Sisto out. The guy has failed more than enough, this hard slog isn't necessary with the level of the quality of the investments
