EAT (Energy Automation Technologies) is a new reseller to Wyld Networks, based in Peru, which delivers IoT solutions to several customers in the energy sector. This is the first initial order for the first project in a new area for Wyld. Delivery will take place in April 2024 and thereafter orders will be received for both delivery of the collected data and for Wyld Fusion, which is the platform where collected data can be managed.

Wyld Networks expects several new orders for IoT terminals, data services and the Fusion platform from EAT as it continues to market and implement Wyld Networks solutions to its existing and new customers. EAT offers its customers solutions for energy consumption management and telemetry in electricity, gas and water in areas where IoT coverage is lacking. By offering Wyld Networks' satellite IoT solutions, EAT is now able to offer 100% coverage for IoT connectivity.

Wyld Networks sign an agreement with VestiTech to deploy Wyld Connect for livestock monitoring in South America

Swedish technology company VestiTech have developed a monitoring tag with LoRaWAN and will combine Wyld Network’s sensor to satellite technology to collect data from livestock even in the remotest locations.

There is currently a major push by agricultural companies and government agencies to collect more data on the billion plus global population of cattle. Increasing demand for high protein food continues to rise with human population increases and economic growth driving livestock producers to engage with digital technologies to protect and monitor stock.

VestiTech’s SPURO-X multi-purpose LoRaWAN tracking device and OnTrack service platform is able to track animal positions, inform geo fencing strategy and add data to pasture management planning. SPURO-X comes with GPS, accelerometer, temperature and persistent storage and has ultra-low power consumption. By adding Wyld’s low power satellite connectivity VestiTech will have no geographic restrictions on the use of their tag and will be able to reduce reliance on terrestrial IoT infrastructure.

VestiTech has more than30 years’ experience of embedded and application software to build advanced services. The company has a heritage from tracking Reindeers in the North of Sweden. The development of the VestiTech tag has been done in cooperation with Quectel.

Good news on the investor CRAP news on the valuation, think the name probably made Tern swallow the valuation poison pill

Yep hugely disappointing and to think we pay Sisto £5k a week to give us this, it just shows that despite everything they sign it appears that nothing is ever charged for. To think how long has DA been in its highly valued properties in USA and UK.

The one good thing is the name of the new investor but Teern need to strip out all costs now, gett rid of all unwanted and useless employees and just have all new directors on exit bonus contracts, I want out and Tern should listen to any offers for its stakes before Sisto destroys everything

And for that reason I'm expecting 2024 to be the year of the EXITS, with Sisto getting a share of the 10% of net proceeds plus the share price gain, it will set his family up for several generations you would have thought

Always happens if there isn't news or insiders continuing to buy ahead of news to back up a rise so was always likely to drop back yesterday and today

If you are right then the clues will be in the volume but doesn't explain Fridays heavy insider sells does it

Always an over reaction to any perceived bad news even if there is no value atatched to it
