In the event that the Sami appeal were to succeed then there will be no future mine and that fact must currently have an influence on the sp. The Company has said it would keep shareholders informed of any developments on this front; so there haven't been any to date. Just saying.

On 21st September Pocko said : "At this juncture, BEM could be purchased cheaply with the consent of the board and it's true value never realised for private investors." That conclusion it seems to me is at odds with the time line the Company has given to get the Scoping Study completed (almost due) and submit the Environmental Permit Application.....anyone got any comments on that? The true value of the mine will be when iron ore is being loaded into lorries...that's always been the case and it will take the time it takes.

The point I was making yesterday evening is that there is an international crisis brewing which has and will continue to affect the markets, the FTSE & AIM, which 'fact' brought the usual sort of ridicule from Pocko...as if fuming and stamping his foot like a 2 year old will have any effect on anything.

Three people have posted on this thread started by Aug...each with a diametrically opposite opinion of why the sp has begun to drift downwards since the big Award, and we could each be quite wrong because it's a complex situation and we're getting our knickers in a twist actually to not much purpose. It could all be that rusky's fault.

Well, not exactly everything...BP's doing OK.

And it's a bad day in the Markets for all sorts of reasons...everything's falling including pensions.
