Evening Ripley. Ripley, it isn't a Rights Issue in the UK it's a retail issue with priority to current investors...it's a Rights Issue in Sweden.

I've read on the Primary Bid website that you need to send in some proof of ownership...a screen shot or something else like a Bank Statement but I'm imagining that you wouldn't need to do that if you deal through a broker who deals with Primary Bid.

Wondered about that also...there's been a significant amount of buying, would they be buying to qualify for the Offer...closed down 1.03% in Sweden, could also be selling for the same reason you're considering it. We're wearing ourselves out pondering...time to turn in. Time will tell.

PS Kurt did say once upon a time that revenue from Grafintec could help put the lights on for Kallak. They'll need to be quick and that might be why they need the money quick...I'm fantasising again, spreading fairy dust. Lol.

Hmmmm...yes, do it then. There's a buy back rule but that only applies to capital gains tax, and I've never had to bother about it. I can't think what could go wrong but don't trust me about that I don't do trading...the sp might fall to the placing price but last time it didn't. Sleep on it. GL

If the UK subscription isn't fully taken up you might not need any preferential treatment...but I know that's not the point the point is you're strapped for cash. I don't know what to say with the sp low as it is, I'm not sure it would be worth it, And things might get better or they might get worse. One thing we didn't take into account was this downstream business; adding value, making a modified product to sell on and recycling, I'm keen on that. All pipe dreams? CSP tried a Rights Issue below 2p (think it was 1.75 because I bought some) and he failed. Kurt steered us through those 9 years of can't say no and wont say yes...and its a miracle we've survived.

What I thought was they intended to go as far as they could with the Project, value driers, etc...otherwise it would have been sold off at a give away price if any price at all...LKAB could have picked us up for nothing if we'd run out of money. We'll agree to differ then.
