I really don't know, Eric.. a mine was never going to spring up out of the ground just as the Award was given. I just hope the doom and gloom hasn't drowned me before the subscription opens and I still have the conviction to throw more money at it. If this fund raising doesn't succeed where are we then, not in a good place.

It was a necessary balance thought....plenty people did well out of the last fund raise...and we've been hearing the arguments interminably about why we will or wont do well again. I'm agreeing with Andy and I've always believed this would be a bit tough...because I didn't think Kurt was ready to give it away. The longer we can go the less we have to share and a partner surely means that.

CSP posted a poem on the Company Chat Page which was very appropriate to the circumstances at the time:-

Ibjj was so wrong he lost £20K, presumably because he needed the money for something else, whereas I was so right I made quite a lot. He used to boast constantly about having a low average, and it was enviably low at the time,15p compared to mine at 30p. That was the can't say no wont say yes days and they were long so I was able to average down. We got fed up with CSP saying we'll "go ahead" because we couldn't go ahead with anything,not even drilling KS because we were pretty well skint. Afternoon, Oaktree. The Sami appeal is a factor I believe and that will be resolved one way or another and we've all understood that right through the process. I've been an investor here same as you have for a long time and I simply can't understand why I should be ridiculed for believing in it. If the company fails to raise the money it will be in deep trouble and your investment will suffer accordingly, so will Pocko's. Which means, buying into the discount helps the Company achieve it's objectives which are plainly stated (PFS and Environmental Permit) and changing ownership of some shares at 2p or less which it seems you hope to do will not. Why would you aspire to buy any of those -2p shares?

And as for "nothing to show for it"...the Company's got a Concession to Mine for 25 years; it's taken 9 years to achieve it and it's the first to be granted in over 12 years.

Just watched the Presentation again...there were at least eleven, attentive people in the room so far as I could see. The gentlleman on the front seat who asked a question about the capability of the Inlandsbanan said he'd been aware of the Kallak deposit for twenty years...and he was writing notes. Pocko knows nothing about the identity of any of those people or why they went to listen to the Presentation. Maureen and Bill from the Working Men's Club? What a snob he is. Lol.

Pocko's been working very hard on here for the last few days...for what 'friendly' purpose, one might ponder.

Why is Pocko invested in it then.. Eric has felt the need recently to ask if he's in our out? And whose to know? We know he's a friend though..."a critical friend" because he said so.

Clearly the underwriters don't think it's vague because they've already underwritten it, haven't they. Pocko's comparing this fundraise to an application for a loan to his own Ltd company, but we don't know anything about Pocko's company do we, it's a ridiculous comparison. What we want now is progress "at a pace" and you don't get that for nothing. Production in 2026 has been clearly stated and that's the objective. It would be impressive if it comes off.

In the RNS it says the offer can be bought through an ISA. I can only buy a small few in mine so I'm intending to apply through both accounts because I've got most in my ISA and only a few in my Investment Account. What trials we give ourselves. Lol.

Hello Jonnyr...According to the Primary Bid page Hargreaves and Lansdown are Brokers who deal with Primary Bid...am I not understanding something?
