I understand that the work proceeds along with the process of the Environmental Court in stages, it isn't a matter of waiting for the go ahead like it is with the Concession to Mine. The Concession lasts for 25 years ... it can be renewed and revoked. Four to five years seems like forever to us LTHs but it didn't seem long when we began this journey 11 years ago.

Thanks Eric..it did help...I've got half my holding in certificates and I think you can transfer them but I'm too lazy to read the small print. So I'll get the broker to do it. One good thing about certificates its easy to cast your vote.

Don't know why that came up twice...I might sell some next week and put them back in my ISA...don't understand those bed and breakfast things because I didn't use my allowance last year.

Rickmeister...Kallak North could be spun off as a separate company and I think it was hinted at as a possibility at one point; is there's some legal implication in the ore body being joined at depth or not...it seemed to be a matter of significance at the time....could it mean it all comes under the same licence, it's something else we don't know.

I'm sure he would put out a plan in the event of a Yes....it would be a great day for us and I expect it's a plan he's been working on for seven years.

Morning Geraint. I think leave to appeal has to be granted I don't think it's a given. And if the decision goes in our favour the Company could proceed with their plans if they wanted to despite the appeal. I read that, rather than made it up...it was in a Redeye analysis long ago.

I've been wondering since I first heard that story...and it's a very long time ago...why they didn't invite the Fairy from the North, or wherever it was she lived...to the Christening?
