That's a great piece of news, a communication from Sven Otto's just what we need. Linda Modig (Centre Party Member for Norbotten County) has involved herself in this Application process and she's spoken in the Riksdag Interpellation Debate about it. I say she supports the project but that's only my own opinion...remember when she didn't know whether to laugh or cry about it. And she's a priest.
