So far as the translation is concerned I for one am very glad indeed the English version came out when it did, it was timely and desperately needed; well I needed it if no one else did. Translations especially with some legal content are very difficult to achieve and if it was going to take until today, then thanks again Kurt for burning the midnight oil and getting the English version out promptly, most Swedish people speak some English anyway.

We can't live without agriculture...the production of meat in factory style farming is cruel to animals. Reindeer for all the rough handling we sometimes see do live a free life so they're better off than animals who spend their time in factory units.

If ANIs are to be worth the paper they're written on, BEMs ANI must be the senior ANI because it was already in place before the competing ANI for the reindeer business.

The permitting system includes taking into account the objections of other parties and competing ANIs, which is why the Yes decision from the Bergestatten wasn't enough in the first place and why it had to go to the Government. The law also states that there can be more than one ANI.

It wasn't my understanding that the Kallak Update we received yesterday was the same thing as the Company's submission to the Government...obviously it's the same facts but not necessarily the same submission.

Didn't we read somewhere The Minister remarked that the environmental conditions that would apply to Kallak would be the same environmental rules that already apply, the ones that are already the law...that they would be judged the same as everywhere else?

Morning Geraint. Agree, I too feel the need for some reassurance having just read once again St Ibjj's Epistle to the Romans. There's nothing new in the 11 points to account for the sudden conversion, except the rise in the sp which has now stalled, presumably due to the other factors in the mix; now a surreal, nightmarish sort of broth.
