This point, after the concession has been granted, was always going to be the hardest time to hold because 3-4 years seems a long time to wait. But remember, back at the beginning of 2011 we were willing to invest for the mine which was 5 years away. We all know what a rough road it's been and no one could have foreseen it...and people did drop out as the permitting time dragged on. Remember...the siren voices...can't say no wont say yes. As things move along the path to the Scoping Study and it's only Q4 this year...it will start to shine a light again. It could've turned out a lot worse...the graphite and precious metals might turn up trumps. GLA X

When the Open Offer was made in the Autumn of 2020 it was stated the Company's first priority when the Exploitation Concession was granted would be to complete a scoping study within 12 months, and in parallel plan for a pre-feasibility study and initiate environmental permitting. And that is precisely what they're doing.

In Finland we have a contained graphite resource of 1,275,000 tonnes, possessing almost perfect crystallinity, an important prerequisite for high tech applications, such as lithium ion batteries.

We have Q4 this year for the scoping study and by Q4 next year for the Environmental Application...more drilling in Kosovo at year end and no time line for Grafintec. So far as Kallak is concerned, it's all work to be done and that takes time.

Shareholders don't run companies they just think they do.

· On 11 January 2022, the Company's wholly owned Finnish subsidiary Grafintec and Epsilon Advanced Materials announced they had signed a MoU with the City of Vaasa for the establishment of an anode materials production facility to be located in the GigaVaasa area, Plot 18, situated in proximity to Freyr Battery's proposed battery cell development.

The MoU followed the announcement, on 6 December 2021, of the signing of a Joint Venture Heads of Terms by Grafintec and Epsilon Advanced Materials and the partners intention to build a production facility in two phases, Phase 1 "GVA10" with a production capacity of 10,000 tonnes per annum ("TPA") and Phase 2 which will add 40,000 TPA, taking the overall plant capacity to 50,000 TPA of anode material, GVA50. The proposed plant will supply battery/cell manufacturing companies in Europe, complementing Epsilon Advanced Materials' growing anode materials business in India.
