Andypop1 on ADFN was reading PMO right,and I sat with my fingers crossed and am paying the price, thats a learning cyrve. Still if Chryasor have the will (for Sea Lion) it could work out okay.
Still feel a bit nervous regarding their risk appetite for upsetting the Argies...depends on their backers exposure in the region, i would guess.
But what a coup for Chryasor if the have the will, cash and commitment...bargin: FEED done for free!

Hey Wraith, in theory now (medium) is the time to strike as per the 2013 crash contractors are looking for work i.e. the likes of SS7 and Technip have been laying off again as have many others service companys. Vessels, subsea equipment and FPSO contracts will be all cheaper. Lets hope hey.
Note to PaulD its not deepdeep water but still classed as i.e not able to use fixed Jackets or Semi's.

The spread is quite hefty at 9% as well although with the amount traded mm's are not making a lot out of that 9%

IMO Fudstone, there will be a fair amount of time for the dust to settle from the Chryasor take over before we know what the new management intend to do with Sea lion.
Sell? Develope with Navitas, go it alone, whats their risk exposure/appetite from /for upsetting the Argies, funding, talks with FiG, will they sell Zama or develope that first? Granted I belive we are in a better position now than when it was PMO..but Chryasor have inherited it not set out as PMO did to originally develop..will be very suprised to hear any significant announcement of comitment in the next 6 months.

The thing is in the history lesson I can not find any thing regarding a finding in the abitration that confirms Rockhopper has won the case. The only item that is clear it the tribunals "decision" the they can not use EU law as a defence?
Can anyone "in the know" point me to the page paragraph where it does state a ruling in favour of RKH claim?
Googled meaning of of award in law:
"To concede; to give by judicial determination; to rule in favor of after an evaluation of the facts, evidence, or merits. The decision made by a panel of arbitrators or commissioners, a jury, or other authorized individuals in a controversy that has been presented for resolution".

So as I see it the case for or against has yet to be decided?

How I see it, in the summary of link 1 is the grounds for dismissal on the Respondants using EU law merits have been denied but I do not undertand if we are still waiting for the ECI to actually still rule on the case itself?
i.e.
"(2) The Tribunal will address separately in its Award the remaining jurisdictional and/or merits issues in this case"

The deal and our sp is poor because Chryasor are paying off the creditors with the purchase price.
Carrying some debt is normal the sp would be in a better position if we could have managed it better TD lost control of it and who owned it.
Our 5% reflects what Chryasor think we are worth after the toxic creditors are paid off.
It does not reflect future earnings at better prices imo.

Daikihaku1, agree. I can not belive the incompetent man is still voted in, although by not publishing the voting % results he and Stewart (2ic who also gets a fat salary bonuses) hid the results.
This is a great project but Sam "Sobel" Moody MUST and Stewart must be forced out, before they take, loose, sell or give away everything.
As to why no comment: Put simpley he does not know, he has not yet been invited for talks. Because it does not matter what he says or does Chryasor know he will take what ever is given and be grateful. Snake oil men run the Rocky.
But he can and must be removed.
The project is too good and now has some serious potential.
