Looks to be mostly Automated sells. Intresting to see how far it is walked down and then the slow buys start walking it back up.
If its like this then some one turns the dial the other way at something. That not an algo decision?

If nothing (RNS) comes out soon, that BOR sp movement will retract. Needs sustained buyers to support its temp new price.
I for one am not gambling any more. But it will be intresting if a positive RNS comes out in the next couple of weeks. Really seems too much cash to be invested without some back ground knowledge. Why put so much in on one go as well an experienced investor would know that would draw a lot of attention?

Hey LTT, would the dock not be utilised for the SL well /WI injection drilling and field development. So if the project is sanctioned, paying for may well be a mute point, depending what it's build life was designed for??????

Hey Cyan, that's a good set of previous history, with regards to directors and and Genel Energy's weight and lack of investment in South American looks good.
The Kurds are not shy of working in an adverse environment with aggressive neighbours. Genel also know the logistics about getting oil to market in a isolated location to.
Could do with a partner with experience (not subsea though) and decent cash. These types of companies (imo) MUST look VERY favourably at large oven ready assets, avoiding exploration AND FEED costs must be a hugh attraction.
If SL does not get sanctioned this year really will never happen.
There is no reason why even 2 further partners can not be secured.

How EIG /Chryasor set up their extention of purchase/merger would (IMO) have been a better protected against the like of ARCM who, if I remember were not part of the initial PMO creditors / lenders but acquired /bought the debt later?
Did they (HBR) not pay off debt from Shell last year...anyone confirm?

Now my next comment may be stupid but another way that a low sp could benifit EIG 36% and EIG investors (32%) would be if they wanted to voluntary delist?

Hi Miles, what I do not understand is that EIG (36% present (and largest at merger) ownership of HBR shares), Chryasors former owners are still locked in until March.
So the only positive for them in the SP being low is the purchase of more shares, but there has been no indication (RNS) of them increasing their position.
EIG investors owned at merger an additional 32% of HBR at merger, I do not know what their lock in period was or current holdings are? Again no RNS's understanderble RNS's to indicate what their status is.
As above the only benefit (I can see) is fluctuations up could encourage sellers and the two EIG groups buying on dips. But again I can not see this supported in RNS unless small investment associated groups have been set up to mask and circumvent the ownership disclosure thresholds.

Most on here came across after AA and team sold RockRose, Mr Austin has so far delivered on expectations and because he invests heavely into his on companies, seems to make investors and himself some decent returns.
But by all means promote the others, thank you for informing us of those. I made around a 100% with GKP but feel there are more legs and its a safer option here.

Following data acquisition, the well is now producing gas from the Slochteren reservoir at a gross rate of ~800,000 Nm3/d (~5,080 boe/d) with the other horizons currently shut-in for reservoir management purposes. Following the completion of drilling and intervention activities on the Q10-A field, GROSS GAS production has reached approximately 2,000,000 Nm3/d (12,700 boe/d).

Commenting, Andrew Austin, Kistos' Chairman, said:

I have given up trying to understand this share, averaged down where I could.
But have started to accept remaining losses and am slowly diversifying a % now into what I "hope" to be a shares with some understandable movement.
I am not convinced that a UK based oil company will get the ii investment, may be different for more "international" companies that MAY be getting ii investment. It could be this one is as you say getting overlooked. BUT if you compare to Exxon, BP or Shell....HBR are still not evening offering a divi (yet) it MAY attract a bit more attention if/when the company announces real date and times for such?
Reserves down, Tolmount still not operational, waiting on divi.
Still it MAY reward the patient?

All I can imagine is reserves, Tolmount AND had oil lost such a large platform of ii's?
