These shenanigans can't go on for ever, the options were granted in November, there were 76million of them, a finite number.

According to the RMS website there are 77m options outstanding at 1.4p and these expire 18/11/2025.
Also there are 12m warrants outstanding that will expire 17/04/2021

TB has no more shares to sell. If he did then an RNS would need to be issued reflecting the "Exercise of Option" and another with details of the number of shares sold with details of his current holding.
According to the "RMS Directors Dealings" TB doesn't hold any RMS shares.

What data do the MMs have access to that we don't - currently...

@John2015 - I understand but the deficit has been present all day. Is there a service where I can get "real" data? I've paid for "real" data with LSE and to be honest I won't be renewing my subscription. If I pay for a subscription service I don't expect to have to use "adblocker" software.

I think the delayed transactions from 10:13 onwards may belong to TB - they're coming through now at 12:13 onwards.

Trevor Brown is leaving the company, he's milking the shares for all he can on his way out.
The good news is that he's not going to be around for very long and the damage he can do is now somewhat limited.
