Haggis you may well be right with an RNS during the day tomorrow. Definitely a day to keep half an eye on my emails to see if an RNS has slid in there.

Looks like quite a few on here (including myself) are expecting an RNS tomorrow. If there isn’t one tomorrow I can’t see one being released this week as it’s the best opportunity if they are linking it to COP26. I notice ITM waited until today to release news on their new site. Hopefully a nice surprise in the morning then a few towards month end including an update on our ongoing partnerships

I for one am very frustrated and frankly disappointed with the lack of info given to shareholders, we have to constantly do guesswork (haggis is a great example of this) it doesn’t mean I am going to sell. Just wish the communication was there so we at least knew a bit more of what goes on. We never even saw our new office, I don’t think things like that are much to ask for as a shareholder

Though I see your point Aim, I do disagree with your view. I don’t think people should moan about the same thing every day, that IS pointless however I also disagree that rather than people having frustration and releasing some of that frustration to others, I don’t think the answer is just sell. If everyone felt that way about AFC (just sell as they are frustrated) the SP would be horrendous because ultimately when you have the CEO saying there will be multiple sales in the next 6 months (H2) and we are on month 5 with zero people should be frustrated. Now if each of those people sold that would be multiple millions of shares sold. One positive from that I guess would be that the company would suddenly release some info.

Mike rendall bought shares on the 19th Oct so although there could be an RNS before then I wouldn’t think the year end results will be until 19th. Would of expected a lot more news though by now with cop build up and the event running. Anyone fancy popping in the office to see what they are up to :)

It will be interesting to see if hydrogen is discussed more this week at COP26. The UK have invested little compared to many other countries, if they were going to up their hydrogen game you would think it would be next week to announce something

It said throughout the week so would imagine it was booked for Monday to Friday. Next week with him back and no news regarding any of the H1 update listing the H2 expectations I would expect a pretty busy RNS week next week. I would think they would squeeze something in before the year end update to please us all

You never know, McLaren may well purchase one for their HQ. That would be a pretty cool client

Many on this board have a good moan about buys being higher than sells yet the price goes down…today this ones for you:

Buys: 356k
Sells: 811k

Yet 6% up. It works both ways, especially in AIM. Today I would imagine regardless of bits and sells will go up on market sentiment due to the content of today’s COP26

DW just a question…when we do get an order for say 5 units through an RNS will you complain it’s still not multiple orders?

At least we have some information about what AB is doing up in Glasgow. To me that’s a fantastic opportunity and one that is worth doing. I know you want sales but surely info like this is good too. Would you rather they just say in the office than show off their product to the world. I as a business owner would be doing what AB is doing, him being there is not slowing down orders

Clearly there is a reason for all the silence but would love to know what it is. They aren’t stupid and know COP26 is a great time to release information so there will be a reason. As someone said yesterday there is about 35 more staff now so something is going on

Today is hardly surprising in the green sector, loads of hype so people buy just before and sell now at their 10-15% profits. Fair enough if they want to do that, personally I am not here for 15% on my investment so not going to gamble selling and hoping to buy back 4p cheaper. Will it be higher even without sales after COP26, I am pretty sure it will. Will this jump if we get multiple sales, another yes. Is this possibly the best industry to be in medium and long term, again IMO yes, we are only going to see more and more green stocks rise.

To me that’s as good as an RNS, it may not be a sale but we are doing something positive and if you want your green energy CEO anywhere this week it’s certainly in Glasgow. Well done AFC

Risky I can totally see your point and how you feel. No matter what hype is given, AFC’s info to shareholders is poor whatever way you spin it, however the ‘golden goose’ I personally believe is ABB. those guys don’t mess around and will 100% bring large orders it’s just whether AFC can manage the demand once it comes in which I guess is why they are ramping up staff to not let them down. I will be watching very closely the partnership between the two as that’s a company you don’t want to undeliver or deliver late to. But as for bringing in business they will bring us lots

AFC partner ABB tests charging platform

As it became known on Wednesday, ABB and Amazon Web Services are entering the test phase with their jointly developed digital platform for charging planning for electric vehicle fleets. PANION EV Charge is intended to facilitate the monitoring of energy consumption and the creation of charging plans, as reported by Punkt4.info. What does this have to do with AFC Energy? The British entered into a strategic partnership with ABB at the end of 2020 to develop a new high-power charging solution (HPC solution) for e-vehicles and locations with limited network access.

According to hzwei.info, AFC's technology has clear advantages: “With their very low use of precious metals, alkaline fuel cells are an alternative to PEM fuel cell technology. Another advantage is the higher tolerance to impurities in the supplied hydrogen, ”it says. And so the cooperation with industrial giant ABB gave the AFC Energy share a huge boost almost a year ago.
