Personally I think if it was bad news then they wouldn't be steaming ahead with the KL as they appear to be. so the fact that there getting on with business I think is a good sign.
I find it funny how all the derampers are saying that no news must mean that something is wrong but please answer me this question.
How long does it take from the flow tests finishing to reporting flow results and whether it is commercial or not?
I am pretty sure that no one here has a clue how long this process takes unless that is someones expertise so quit complaining about why we have no RNS as no one knows how long this should take.
"Agree but he also said he was pleased to announce the placing.... the wording is just standard PR wording used on all RNS’s they are always pleased to announce things and looking forward to announcing results good or bad, but I wish you all luck. All aim companies are bent imo doesn’t mean you can’t make money but trust them fully at your peril"
Referring to what you said earlier when 88E released bad news Dave Wall removed the "we are pleased to annoice" part on his RNS which he normally always used to included. So if it is bad news sometimes they don't say they are pleased. Although I cant speak for everyone..
I don't know about anyone else but from what was said in the RNS it seems like oil is deffo present otherwise why would they then go away and analyse if there was no oil and it was a failure. I for one see the upside in the RNS. no fussed about the other drill being cancelled as I plan to sell once drill completion RNS is out. I will then buy back in when the price subdues for the next drill.
Argus1, oh right gotcha. Yes if wells go tits up onshore its not the end of the world. I wouldn't want to be invested in SXX with over 50% loss, not something you expect from a FTSE250 company. Sounds more like AIM.
Nice to see you over at this board too. I brought in earlier in the day. been following this share for over a year now but have to admit haven't done so in a while due to other commitments. considering FRR hit over 0.7 on hype of drill I imagine this has lots more to go
being played here. SS is buying up all the streets and is ready to put hotels up.
in plain English he obviously knows he has hit jackpot and with his increased share holding It will be worth a lot more then what the others gain. I personally think he has hit the motherload of all wells.
its funny how lots of people have jumped on the bandwagon of 20% COS and as you say it stems from that article... however at the bottom the author notes "All information is provided for entertainment purposes only and may be incorrect or outdated."
I wonder how many people have based their investments on information provided for entertainment purposes...
I believed it at first but I wasn't using it as a basis for my investment so it didn't bother me too much. However I never went around and reposted that figure. its only when other ppl questioned it and no evidence was provided it made me look into it.
I posted “If ppl are invested they wouldn’t want to spout misinformation which will lower the SP unless their motives are to get in cheaper or short the stock”.
keyword being "spout misinformation" I may have believed but I didn't repost it. I wouldn't repost it unless I could back it up.
where as other people are happy to post or spread that there is 20% COS without actually knowing if its fact thus doing the SP no good .
I believed it too because lots of people mentioned it however when I actually looked into it I couldn't find any evidence. everyone says DYOR so I did.
this is what everyone should do. DYOR. If you don't when investing lots of money then you only have yourself to blame when you lose it all.
everyone on this forum is out for themselves. Don't just listen to the rampers or derampers.
