There will be a good strong reason for this chaps. I have a feeling the Lawyers will be making a presentation no doubt as I have said all along the Lawyers and Insurers are controlling things here, which is usual in a political dispute. I expect options to be given to the shareholders to vote on. i.e, either to accept a deal, (which is expensive for the Company, or continue to litigate where the Lawyers will tell you we have a good good chance of success). I suspect Barrick will go for a deal, and the Lawyers will present a case for either litigation, or a compromise deal. They could easily afford a do at a top class Hotel if they wanted to. There is a reason for this change and to me this now shows why we have different opinions from Acacia and Barrick. .
