Agreed, and no need to buy in too soon though. Could be a bit of volatility for a while. But - as you said - once noise quietens down, this stock could be a good mid /long term investment. Won't go into the Why and When - but GFRD intend to target a particular housing sector. Which I think will prove very fruitful over the next five years. So wait until you do your Own research, before you decide on an entry point ! BOL
