After reading the business Telegraph, I think Liberium put out an ill-timed press release after looking into their new crystal ball. Nothing of substance - just a load of ... 'this might happen, this may not happen' - a load of spurious 'may bees '. Very irresponsible of them, I think. As I read it, they think builder's prices are over valued! COME ON. They are in contrast to the other brokers. Something stinks here, me think. But don't worry, bdev will rise to the occasion and thwart this utter nonsense !

Lol One thing I've learnt in the five years I've been playing this game - sit back, wait and let the dust settle, then make your judgement. Sanity usually returns - may take a little while sometimes... Trouble is, some dudes should just not be playing this game. Needs a special temperament, and cool head to succeed.

is that overseas investors - mainly Chinese - have pulled out of the central London market for the moment ; maybe that's the reason broker has downgraded this stock. Will till they start building these feckin big new towns in the UK - Barratts should have a big slice of the pie. Look upon now as a buying opportunity. I am.

The majority are small punters here - so wouldn't get much divi dosh anyway - and they think the sp is going to plummet tomorrow when the big EX goes up, and they can buy back in real cheap. We'll see. Lots of Big Boys have bought today. Afraid it's the minnows that have kept the price down, if that makes any sense! So an interesting day tomorrow. Still got to midnight to buy, folks!

Glad I found THE floor to buy back in last week - took a little bit of late night burning the oil - shan't tell you how low it was - but it was LOW. Now let's look forward to the double divi! Still not too late to buy! 7 quid by Christmas or early new year...

Hasn't happen before with Bdev , going down 'the amount of the div'. Will go down a little but will soon go back up again as the sp is good value. And of course don't forget to invest your divi pot back in at the lower price. Win win! I have been in bdev big time for six good years - so think I've got a wee bit of insight. When my stomach stops rumbling , I will tell you... that the bear has arrived!

I had - have - my bdev set limit price at 657 with my broker. It wasn't automated today. The high as you know was 660. Anyone else experienced this. Lot of profit on my table today which I didn't pick up. Usually there's not more than a penny and a half between prices. Anyone shine any light on this... anomaly? (I was out enjoying myself today where there was no signal. Bah.)

to sell - only if you're desperate for holiday cash, of course! Raised my get out price to 750! Must be mad - OR AM I?
