Agree freelark. Not having a go at ELA I am a LTH and their a great company. Just finalising takeover by Seplat for 382m. Their projected net BPD was 12/13.5 k (just been downgraded to 10.5). Just compare that with LEK currently approx 27m. They have the reserves but currently planned but not definative finance. Once this is formalised based on current SP I see a ten bagger if not more. GLA

Agree with all the frustration surrounding the lack lustre performance of the SP. I reckon potential investors are sitting on their wallets until the MOU is translated into a firm agreement. I must admit being a relatively new holder I have “wobbled” on this one a couple of times. However with the license renewal fully funded I am totally comfortable with the progress so. I am here for the long term and feel confident my first LEK Christmas will be a good one. Thanks again to the crew on this board for the insightful and reassuring comments. Just waiting for funding partnerships to be finalised then it will fly - that’s the key. I see this finance package and license renewal as a stage post on route. I think LEK will literally jump through hoops to secure it. I would if I held as many shares as the CEO. GLA

Love this board very genuine guys. But honestly the mood changes. All of a sudden it’s gone from worries about dilution to to much debt. Investing is always a risk. GLA

Presumably the loan was offered on the basis that it could be funded by current production - reassuring. Lots of legitimate concerns articulated on this board (and the other one) about dilution this has gone away - reassuring. A demonstration that LEK is on a forward trajectory. MOU partnership agreement to be finalised then everything is in place. To those who have patience rewards await. GLA

Hi Gus not sure if you already hold but I am putting my faith in LEK. Still a couple of loose ends to tie up but if they come together it will fly. See a similar situation as experienced by Eland 3 years ago. Could be wrong but if I am right lots of money to be made. WD -40. like your good self hopefully a smooth transition. Seeing all the sells making me nervous that I need to do something. Company sale completely new territory for me. GLA

Just the old “share game”. It will rocket up again soon. Unfathomable why the drop just don’t get it. Unless the sellers bought in at a lower price and make money on small margins - very strange.
