My investments over the years have been in oil companies loads of money to be made (and lost). Luckily overall I am doing very well. This share is a departure for me. I honestly honestly just see it going up and up. Not into ramping if I thought it was a dog I would say so. We’ve all got families and I would hate to disadvantage anyone else’s. So good luck to everyone. Ker ching.
Believe you me investing is not without its risks. Nothing sure fire (as my missus keeps reminding me). However in life there are opportunities and this share is one. Loads of positive sentiment behind it and a road map for success. I started off with a small punt but now have doubled down. I truly wish all us little guys/girls all the best with this one. Myself especially otherwise Mrs V will have my nuts in a vice ;-))
Started off with a small punt. But unfortunately the red mist descended and i’ve gone in heavy. Had lots of dogs over the years but still well above water. There are times (only a few) where you absolutely know your into a winner. This is the time. GLA.

Yesterday All my troubles seemed so far away Now it looks as though they're here to stay Oh, I believe in yesterday Suddenly I'm not half the man I used to be There's a shadow hangin' over me Oh, yesterday came suddenly
Over the years I have spent an unhealthy amount of time mostly reading these chat boards. They are a microcosm of society good and bad. This being the case they do attract a percentage of “mischief makers”. On the plus side there are also a lot of genuine posters who just want the best for themselves/families and they are also happy to share their insights to help fellow investors. Unfortunately there are times when a share will sink and a heads up is actually well meant. I kinda have a sixth sense about these now (the heads up I mean). Most of the negative (not all )posts I have recently read on this board seem malicious in nature. Hopefully a good day for us P.I’s. GLA :-))
This share sits outside the rest of my chosen portfolio. So for me it is a small punt. I only see good things going forward particularly in the short to medium term. In many ways investing is a black art with movements up or down which defy logic. Mostly it is down to investor sentiment and as I see it the said “sentiment” is well and truly behind this one (at the moment). Good luck all.
Hi Innuendo - sincerely good luck to you with this share. I held this one for about a year certainly was a rollercoaster ride. My average was about 5p in January we were told that a finance deal was secured. Brilliant news as LEK ace some significant assets and if realised the share price even (at 5p) was cheap. On this news the SP hit at least 10p. Should have sold then. Ended up selling at around 2.45 at lost around 30k. The frustration I have is the potential but I just don’t trust the BOD. Hopefully you’ll have better luck than me. Always loved this board great insights and characters. Still visit and good luck to Bigmai.
Teddy totally agree. As BP has a massive shareholder base some contributors to this board use it as an opportunity to ramp their other holdings. That said there are still a lot of genuine guys out there who want to give out helpful advice. I could name several who’ve pointed me in the right direction. That’s just life. Good luck all.
Yes you are 1153. Not a techie myself but the system links the share to you and if you were holding prior to ex-divi date which by the sounds of things you were the payment will be coming your way.
Agree Teddy. Will do well to hold onto the bulk of yesterday’s gains. Not a chartist but do feel the trajectory is upwards now and the marginal gains from trading (if any have gone). In the absence of any significant news the next milepost will be the US Rig Count data due out 6.30pm on Friday. Hopefully more reductions there. Covid 19 firmly back in its box and will die out so normal market forces increasingly back in play as we go forward. Good luck to all.
