Not a problem I guess. Just a mental (re)note to self, that may also strike a chord with AIM newbies.

So, having traded on the main market for years, where even if you build up fairly large holdings liquidity to sell is always there as a PI. I personally have found AIM a bit wild west. As discussed with Wasa those X2 reported large sells were I assume pre organised between some II types. As if I had wanted to sell my holding.....Not that I do just yet.

Shifting that (375k) in a single shot - which is only a bit more than the smaller of those two biggies yesterday. Would have obviously gone NT on my usual digital platform, and I certainly wouldn't have the got a price near 1.50 flat, when small sells were getting 1.51 at the time.

Clearly that's not how these two transactions were done. In my limited experience of AIM. The only time I could shift any great volume electronically was with GGP. My first time in water here in 2019. Having built a fairly large volume of shares that year in the very low pennies. The MMs would let me sell big chunks on line offering strong prices directly. But of course that was due to the heard arriving, and the frenzy buying during 2020. FOMO etc. Indeed in the last days of 2020 I was getting offered 37.6p for 1M shares straight up. No NT.... If people know that share that's bang on the AtH and at the top spike.... Not that anyone knew that at the time of course....

Most all other AIM shares liquidity, on my electronic platform at least, has been much lower of course.

Hence when I do down the line wish to sell any volume here. I am looking as said at doing it into a rising market. Where hopefully we are doing a "GGP" circa 2020 :-)

You are saying that there is a rule for large IIs, and another for PI trades. Agree, point I was making.

I think you are right of course.

It will be interesting what we get offered, when the spread is (hypothetically).... 1.5 to 1.52p to sell.... Say 500k shares later on.... Yeah I know we assume far higher, but let's extrapolate.

I suspect a lot less that the current 1.501p for Joe Public ....

Interesting to look to the future, when the big players here (relatively, PI wise). Look to off load.

Best IMO to sell then in to a very much rising market, given how it roles....rather than a stable one....

The price says a Sell.... Generally that's correct, anything under 1.501 regardless of the spread tbf.

But I am always amazed, that all day I can test sell 1k shares at 1.51. But according to this the MMs will allow someone to flog shares equal to £1.4M quid at a flat 1.5.....emmmm

You do always make me smile mate. I admire to a degree what that forum is trying to do of course, and I, like I think I saw you. Will apply our holdings votes to that cause if it seems sensible or ever becomes relevant for sure.

But yeah. Two legs bad, Four legs good. All animals created equal, maybe some more equal than others. You have to be careful as George well knew. The top brass there were interested yesterday in my holding and support for sure. But when that Twunt had a go about a simple post I made regarding PI influence.... Which seems very relevant to the influence that can be exercised.... Surely...

Because he is also clearly a RIG member...... Hardly a murmur.... Interesting I thought.

Thank you for the info on the 20% known shares in PI hands. That's the kind of information my (I thought) pretty innocent post first thing this morning was looking to gleen.

So as to be completely clear & as you requested it again. I hold 620k in an ISA. My wife 275k in an ISA and 30k in her trading account. Total 925k, approx 0.57% of the declared 162M shares, to my knowledge.

If it comes to voting against actions that are not beneficial to honest share holders. I would vote all of these of course.

You can count in my shares, even though I have no interest in another forum. I can't be more explicit. My simple query early today was to gauge the relative share split. Not anything that seemed to me to be controversial.

However, there are, as Fuku says ... Nobs everywhere. So rather than further engage with people looking to stir it up. Will go.

I had a question that someone connected to the discord forum may be able to answer please - as assume it's a stat you may have to hand?

Is there an up-to-date breakdown of the circa 162M shares in terms of ownership?

Was just interested if we know how many % in PI hands, institutions, the management etc.

I have already said that over 3 accounts myself and my wife hold 0.57% but I have no idea what the total clout of PIs are here., And was interested.

Anyone know.

I think anyone invested here for any length of time knows the potential of the resource, and if Cu prices okay ball where it could have gone.

But the huge issue now it strikes me, and given all the ongoing financial reveals ( more bad news today). Is just who has this been setup to benefit. The existing company owners (us shareholders). Or another party who in light of the way this has been ridden to the cliff edge. Will benefit.

I am more and more of the view that this has been managed. But not for the benefit of the existing holders.

I guess with the mine on life support only this week. We may learn something in the next few days now. They have said they aim to restart production by Friday. If they don't, they will have to RNS an update on the plan one assumes.

Strikes me that it's going to be imminent now that they will be posting an advert for a new CEO too..... To run the newly formed company owned by...I suspect..... A.N. Other.

So personally I may apply for that more senior role. With a view to also 'ebaying' (nice idea), enough high grade Cu to reclaim my owed "salary" of over £332k :-(

I guess another way of seeing it, is that.... If it's about to be sold at a bargain price, to pay off the creditor(s).... Then now no need for them to be mentioned as re doing a loan...?

If you can't answer that. Then what makes you positive after the last two blows ( not delivering the Au, and now closing production).

I am pretty close to researching on HMRC how to declare an article of negligible worth. So if accepted to use the loss to offset other Capital Gains in this and years to come elsewhere. I think that says where I feel this is most probably going now very sadly The bulk of my holding though is in ISAs. Where even that course of action is irrelevant.

On the ADVFN BB. Apparently some guy knows a mining advisor to GLEN. He asked him to value RMM based on the inferred Cu in the future. After some convoluted extrapolations of what may be there that figure popped out.

It's all pure speculation. Tbh it's not anything much different to what those invested longer term were looking optimistically at some years down the line ( if all went well) & before all the carp happened. A lot of us invested based on the resource potential, plus the very likely need for this product in volume going forwards of course.

It's all a mute point if they go bust or have lost control of the company, or can't agree a saving deal of course.

But I guess it does perhaps illustrate why the share, despite its predicament, attracts the attention of some very dubiously motivated trolls. As someone also said. Why would they be here if the whole setup has no upside....maybe they work for GLEN ;-)

The wait for proper news, not huge over or under assesments goes on therefore....

As someone who holds a large investment here. Based on the progress made with the mine over the last couple of years primerialy. The financial mismanagement came as a very nasty suprise. I had very much hoped that due to the resource strength, & with a more competent CFO now that this would eventually get sorted out. The fact though that, after a couple of long over due hedges lower. As Cu hit $4.20 odd.... No further word.... Plus the recent poor Au revelations, and with the time dragging on......What nearly 4 months suspended?

Has made me far more jaundice about the prospects sadly, and now I see it as a bonus, not a given that things while untangle anytime soon frankly.

That's just being realistic. There is a world of difference between that and the aggressive Trolling that's quite apparent still here.

I see those people as either bored, and loving the idea of continuing to stir. Basically nasty people who enjoy others stresses. Or they are a more calculated attempt to hedge their bets as a trader, and if it does emerge get as good an entry back in as possible by scaring out as many as possible. Possibly for just their benefit, possibly for others they are involved with also ....

Either way, those types permeate all BBs. After a while it's very easy to recognise genuinely skeptical or overly enthusiastic investors from those types I suggest.

As most know though. They can say what they like. But only the respective company and lenders can resolve the situation. Period.

We still await that information, and all those genuinely invested wish for a workable plan.

I read the BB occasionally now. There are some good guys still here, in amongst the dross (pro and anti), strikes me.

It's all "what ifs". Hold 7.7 Mill @3.59.... sell all at 38p (37.6 as was).... Bingo. Generations of working class like my kids made forever.... But thats all ifs n buts, of course. That's so much life ...

You seem like a decent type. I wish you, and all of those still invested well.
