SD has now made his bed. He now has to turn this persistent SP erode round and fairly quickly I think.

This is a step in the leadership I was asking for the other day from Mr Day.

Is it mid term a good one. Only time will tell, no one here knows.

I will hold what I have left. But for now & until he starts to prove up there will be no new funds from me.

AIM2death I came across doing a little digging still actively posting on the ACP share the other day.

I always read his stuff with interest. He's very blunt, but knows a lot it seems about the murky workings of his namesake.. EG this alternative market.

He's also it strikes me is generally v well researched. So his opinions though sometime aggressive as they may come across often strike me as in the right ball park?

I too miss his work here. But seems ACP is his current hobby horse. Maybe he is still in here and sees it all wombling along fine and not needing comment now...

Let's hope he's right and that the BOD here don't do what the GGP leads sprung on them yesterday.... That was a bit below the belt... :-s

Generally I think most fair minded types will agree with you. It's not worth it for sure.

Problem for some though is that when they sense duplicity, or by reading a BB over many months see pretty flagrant use of it for manipulative purposes by some individuals..... Then; Some can't but call it out for better or worse. Though I do agree very rude & hyper aggressive name calling At these darker types is probably too much.

I first invested here at the start of the year, and have been doing likewise for 37 years elsewhere. So seen a bit. You do after a while get to respect and acknowledge on every BB individuals who bring objective industry understanding, good commercial sense, or even just good old common sense. There are many here also tbf.

But it's money remember, and as a share rises (and falls). So the potential to exploit that is too tempting for some unsavoury characters. I am yet to come across one (BB) where those with a very vested and disruptive agenda don't get attracted. It's just some I could name are far worse than others... Funnily enough to date this one is pretty mild IMO.

I generally choose not to argue with them. Just state my view and then Green Coffin the persistent nonsence commentators.

I recently probably made a mistake by unboxing my 4 coffins here though... The 3 still left have not disappointed me in their blustering, illogical, and down right frankly daft comments. But that's why I green boxed them in the first place, I had forgotten....

Is what it is mate. I read the BB for sensible comment. Good or bad to add to what I know. Picking out the BS isn't easy. Desisting from giving it a larger platform is sometimes equally as hard.

Anyhow, on RMM. It was disappointing to drop off the 45p back to 39s. But its had a good run and consolidation and wait for more buyers on further good technicals suits me. I invest here not day trade. So my target price and timescale are still I hope some 10 months away for next review.

That's fine. But of course your example did obviously raise questions; as it inferred it was investment money, and you were not putting it in here ..... So to make it a valid example was interested as to know where you saw as better than here.

Just applying logic really.....

Certainly was interested if you had had alternatives. Always interested in experienced views. But am not in need of advice really, as do have plenty of plates spinning currently.

Anyhow. Let's hope this sees your target price for everyone's sake. Its certainly got some heavy lifting to get there after its tribulations this year.

I have a question if I may?

Using your example, and for a minute forgetting about the 2019 investment a lot of us made in that 1.6p to 1.9p range that year.

If you believe, as in your example that (say) GGP does more than recover here and hits 80p. Then logically you are saying that investment wise your £100k now at 16p and its x5 growth to £500k...You must feel you can better elsewhere in your perceived timescales?

Else, and assuming it's spare money, so not what you need to live on... Why not put it in?

I can only assume that you have other investment areas that you believe can turn 100k into 500k faster than GGP...

But on a cursory look at your post history. It all seems here. No reason you would post on any other shares... But just curious where you think your 100k is working harder. Of course that's your business. But just interested, as I had a lot of GGP. Still hold a fair number, but I have diversified for better or worse. Originally worse, but now it's looking a viable choice.

Look to where this share will be by Q3 next year, if it's progressing as the updates indicate. Not where it's price ossilates to by the day or hour would be my advice.

Invest & of course periodically always review for sure. But invest for the future, and not what is staring you in your face right now has to be sensible... No?

Just my experience of how to make a few quid after 37 years on the markets.

I think this has legs longer term to be honest, and today is just one day on that path.

But the fact it got sold into, but held its ground....

Tbh. I sort of liked a flat close, even after more quality BOD news.

Why?

I guess cos we all remember 33p (equiv) to 61p double quick time. No halts or checks n balances. Then plunge....

So this time, so despite strong news building. This is still AIM. So let the traders take their spoils.... Consolidate 2morrow... Will then allows more savy buyers in ... and move then on.

I think that's what an investor, be they looking to Xmas, end of Q1, or in my case Aug 2022 will be content with...

Yeah. JM leaving this one dangling isn't he ;-)

To be honest I added 85,000 here at the start of the week on a small top up round of here RMM (that was fortunate timing given what's going on there....). Plus with what was left had a little punt on ACP as discussed on that BB with you.

So still undecided when the bulk arrives by end of week. My thoughts are that here I have plenty. But 8.4p still to buy looks good value very much for longer term. But then so does 43p at RMM, possibly under 5p ACP... Then there is ITM, PHE, and PXC that I do find draws me in too... Plus I had a few in GRL. Bought 7s, but sold 11s.... None now. But that seems stuck at 13.5 awaiting the endless wait seeming on gold pour... But if that comes may move up, and may consider a rejoin if not ...

And sure there are many others..... You get the idea. Too many options etc..!

I may even sit it out for a while and dig the less familiar one's a bit deeper to assess new options. Market has a lot going for it in these areas presently it seems and a bit of diversification may be sensible and in order.

But notwithstanding all that. Think we are due a JM update fairly soon.... It's been a while & I think I can be happy with my built position here, even if I look elsewhere with any new monies. I am fortunate. But to be honest if I was new to this then like a few others I have mentioned. This one would be really on radar as it sits juicily here, no doubt..

Be interesting at the AGM if the new CEO can inspire. I always felt with GH that whatever the share price situation. He most always had a twinkle in his eye and with good humour gave a message that was uplifting.

The new guy has unfortunately presided to date over a very poor year SP performance wise regardless of the positive drills, and so must surely feel the need to rally the somewhat beleaguered investors?

Inspiring confidence in hard times is a far more tricky test of his leadership than when investors are all riding the up lands of course....

The real problem here is that new investors have so many strong options out there. I am sure anyone with a bit of experience can name several right up. I know I can.

So can Shaun project why they should choose here, especially after its had its amazing 2020 bull run, and now followed that with a real bear of a 2021.

This is a test of more than reading out nice drill intercept. Leadership needed IMO. Let's see how that's approached.

I think DJ that Mr St Tropez will be off on his next ramping or de-ramping excercise. His method was quite clear. Talk it up (or down), sell or buy the result as appropriate and move on to the next.... He went in all guns, negatively (reverse to here originally) on HZM you will recall?

As to Helpme01... If he's on GRL then frankly gawd help you... Green Coffin is your friend, just as here one suspects.

Thanks all for detail on this share and its history/potential warts & all.

As said, & going forwards I need to do a lot more reading up. So as admitted then, & to date my small initial punt here was just a PF broadner with some funds I had left after a few other small top ups to my existing long standing positions.

But appreciate the inputs nonetheless, and as I have more significant funds coming a bit later will now take the time to investigate deeper here, and also in a couple of other potential new areas I very much still have in mind.

I am going to do a bit more reading up on ACP.

I hold a number of decent sized positions in a few metals elsewhere. Mostly HZM, RMM and GGP.

I was recommended to investigate here by one of the posters on HZM who also holds here, and reckons this to be an interesting Graphite play, and whose views I generally always respect.

I have been fairly heavy into other areas recently. But as was doing a small top up round of on a couple of those mentioned.... and had a bit of change left. I took a small punt here as a starting point and bought 200k earlier at 4.98? I figured that anything under 5p was a starter for 10 at least...

I need to know more clearly. But if anyone can articulate a balanced pros and cons here I would be appreciate. I am not interested in emotive ramping or de-ramping.

But if existing investors have considered views I would be most appreciative of course.

Bit early for me, as my main funds won't be here till later in week. But found a few quid down the sofa and bought a small top up this morning & on the basis that those exiting may be traders off elsewhere as some of the guys speculated.

But regardless, that doesn't change the fact that as an investor here I care less about the RNS timing, and more about its final content.

Which I do think will be positive news, as well as very interesting to dissect out.

Just done my maths and now hold 10.65 Mill @5.09 AVG after my small addition. So happy and ready.

That's enough here for now most likely, unless the exodus really drops the price by end of week.... Never say never I guess...

But just to rub it in now though. Be very pleased to see JM whip out that RNS whilst the day trader boys are off chasing their rainbows.... Would out the cat amongst the pigeons and leave a few of our short terms chasing their tails quite literally... ;-)

Yes a little unfortunate as main funds land for me end of week as said. But pleased nonetheless with latest Comms from BOD.
As I did see the RNS first thing, saw it as a positive step following on finance, so like you managed a small addition at 36p dead.

I may leave it at that for now. Holding 550,000 here for review mid 2022 as ever. For now I do half wonder if this may go up a bit more if Toby follows up with further news directly on the stopes etc.

That's just speculation of course. But let's see.

I also added a few more HZM from down the sofa back, as that's had a little dip... Probably the traders in there looking for their Monday RNS, not getting it yet and moved here!!

Just made HZM a further clear buying op as well for an investor type.

As said. Not too worried if this lands before I am able to consider a further add as have a decent few already. As several have said. It's hard to predict the pace on the past track record here for sure. So I just monitor it and will react accordingly.

As to other targets. I have looked at a few for a while. Some have jumped a bit recently. Some in doldrums. Everyone has their own lists am sure. But copper and hydrogen plays interest me a bit,vwith what may come to pass in the future.

Investigated and invested a fair chunk in RMM courtesy of a tip from DJ. That's been a bombed out recovery share and up n down even recently. But may now after many of those false dawn's finally turn and exploit it's Cu resource in 2022. So may add there. Need to look closer at PXC also. Plus PHE and ITM perhaps. No nothing about one of your areas.... ACP also. So may did there, though not sure if graphite is on way out in batteries? But it's interesting....

Plus have a nagging thought that GGP for gold n after its Stella 2020, and pants 2021.... May rise again by end of 2022. I hold a few mill still there. But current 17p odd there strikes me as a more sensible baseline now having sold a lot more off into the 2020 1.6p to 38p rise madness from my 8 mill odd high 12 months back.... May dip some more in there.... Dunno.

So a few options I am going to look at. But no one should take any of that as any kind of advice of course....
