In a couple of weeks this will seem like a good sell price minimum 19 times diluted shares needs to sink in, I’m so surprised some are holding on still .
I’m watching wait from the side lines now, Will be lucky to get away with 1 p by Friday.
Guesty I agree I just though we might see a little bounce, but going through the calculations this has a lot further to fall .
Look I’m okay 180 loss I f all, some have lost tens of thousands, I feel your pain people, this is a shot show now.
Well I’ve sold out at a tiny loss £180 not much .
I bought in yesterday but have bottled it now!!
I will keep a eye on this now, but yes after looking at the figures 0.5 p is a real possibility.
Oh well you win some you lose some,
I’m starting to understand Gary now , a full up and running Amigo with a new lending ethic, could see £4 plus in 10 years .
This is the only way to get soa 2. Passed.
Because a company that will survive now a thrive 5% of it value is still 10p minimum today’s price is based off of a insolvent Amigo ??? It’s obvious this deal will be passed ???
Sometimes sometimes harder can be seen as negative, be honest do you think the judge or fca will take issue with this offer.
Of course not, I’m buying more on the issue how to shareholders apply???
Just hold see this as the answer to the judge and fca accepting the soa 2.
What you have to look at is how this will be taken in court by the judge, and also out of court by the fca, let’s face it they won’t appose this deal, as it’s massively in favour of the claimants, and remember big investment companies will now see this one will survive.
I think you will see a few companies buy in today or over the next two weeks for right issues, something that initially seems terrible could be great.
Well put it this way, on the plus side is the courts will favour this idea and Amigo won’t now go bust.
But it’s harsh on the share holder, at least will we get a opportunity to buy more on the share issue.
I’ve often thought this why Amigo don’t say will pay back 100% over 5 years ??
The fca were always going to play hard ball with so much of a percentage of the bonds being paid off, it’s the share holder’s that take the hit now.
The plus side is it’s likely the company will survive now.
Well done HH you’re clearly a messiah of share trading, all the best to everyone.
I’m not rubbing it in yours nose, I just felt I was owe a little revenge after all the sexist remarks made to me when warning you lot of the share issue and dilution that would follow here.
Good luck all .
How’s everyone today, it’s always worth listening to people I’m moping up shares now xxx
So wrong nisa so wrong, you mark my words the FCA will oppose this new scheme now .
I won’t comment again just watch this space .
At the point I invested I hadn’t seen the money gained during the period of a freeze on claimants payouts be used to pay off bond holders.
The FCA were already not happy that Amigo were generating a lot of money from historic loan repayments, while not paying out claimants!! This is how the money was generated, if they were paying out claimants the money would not have accumulated.
This is so underhand, it will go down like a lead balloon in court, if you don’t like hearing the truth go to the Twitter page where I’m presuming no one has a (negative) honest opinion.
I’m not bitter I’ve actually invested at 7p and sold at 12.70 recently, only a 1000 pounds worth, I said I’m not a huge investor here?? But I think Amigo are acting very poorly towards claimants, saying the can’t afford to pay claimants so freezing payments ( but then paying the bond holders).
Are you lot for real??? You think the judge will tolerate this type of nonsense???
Read all my previous posts I’ve made money here, I’m not bitter at all ???
I suppose it’s different when your down thousands like lots of you here, you don’t look at the moral side of things ! You just want YOUR money back, unfortunately this was your fault for investing here, and not selling at the right time( these poor people who we’re mis- sold it wasn’t their fault)
Oh god how stupid cardinal ??? You think real investors look at the share chat before investing, and further more you think my comments are the reason for the low share price??? FML yes buy as much as you like mate fill your boots lol.
It’s unfair because 112 m is only 10% of what’s owed, they needed to put their all in to be taken seriously, including the 138m paid to bond holders, this will come up in court they’ve put a nail in their own coffin, maybe Gary knows there is not chance of the soa being passed, so he was instructed to pay bond holders instead of put to together a serious bid.
The judge will see straight through this in court I’m afraid this ones dead.
