Whilst I was writing my last message someone seems to have bought a very large line of stock (750000 shares)

If the application was put in on Jan 16 and it takes thirty days for the reply then the management probably will know the answer by this afternoon. Since the shares are not spiking this morning is it time to be 'very afraid' and what happens next if there is a refusal?
