There is a lot of interest in this share, I suspect lots of folks have made some money and are waiting to get back in when they think its bottomed out or just before positive news is released - i.e. all planning confirmed, epcm contractor engaged, orders placed for equipment and construction etc, then the price will start to rise and rise again when operation starts.
