Shouldn’t there be an RNS for testing feedstock contract placement? Or are Paul and the lads just walking round the streets looking for plastic bottles or bringing blue bins in from home?

I dont think they have even started commissioning yet, they announced installation of the flare stack about two weeks ago, but I'd expect an RNS to say commissioning is finished or orders have been placed for feedstocks prior to them moving into start up then operations.

PHE has re-invented itself a licensor of technology, after it failed to get Peel to stump up some money to build a plant.

To call it a a start up is disingenuous, especially as you know its been around for years.

And part of the licensor process is getting the plant up and running after its been built, making sure the plant has been built to spec and then fine tuning to optimise the process - the client will expect this.
