I wouldn't have thought so, as PHE own the tech, so license it to HUI under contract, for specific countries and with Howard White being named on the website alongside the other two key team members, I dont see any risk from HUI. In fact the opposite we are tied to them, if they do well we do well.

I realise there is a massive upside to having a giant like Linde buying into the process and project.

HUI have a signed a framework deal with exclusivity which means when the dmg units are built, Linde will be the engineering provider and equipment manufacturer? Possibly extending to full EPC?

But HU will have to pay for this right? LInde have not committed any money, they have just gained exclusivity when things progress.
