The reason this is now an unattractive proposition is that Peel are no longer committed to building the FOAK and then subsequent units under a UK exclusivity deal, without Peel who is going to stump up 20 to 30m to build a unit.

PHE where also going to profit directly from the gate fees, hydrogen sales, electricity sales etc now they get a reduced fee in line with having less skin in the game just being engineer and licensor

If I was NH2 I would be doing a factory visit for a proof of concept, get a samples of the syngas generated from different feedstocks and have them independently verified before putting up any more money.

The FEED will be factored in as it was announced months ago, the output of the feed will be the property of NH2 and should contain a cost to build the unit, this will allow NH2 to an ROI evaluation and a gate stage review and decide if they are progressing the project.

It’s not completed, but that’s irrelevant, as it’s usefulness to PHE is as a source of income and that’s already factored in, the next up for PHE comes when NH2 place an order for a detailed design to be used for pre fabrication and construction, this usually means that NH2 have secured funding to build the plant, logic goes why pay circa 1M for a design for a plant you don’t have funding to build.

i think there are people seriously underwater with this share and ramping it regardless of reality and there are people with optimism bias, who hope for the best in a bit of blind faith and then there are a few trying to be present realistic view.

aviox are a start up, with government funding for r&d, a nice commercial video with some computer generated plants they are going to build in the future, they are a bit behind fulcrum - and fulcrum are struggling to get saf off the ground even with the backing of jet2.
