Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
I see Toffers and the like and actually laugh a bit inwardly. They remind me of Johnny - the manic depressive watercolour painter from the fast show, shouting "it's all BLACK!" while kicking over the easel. They talk a lot and say nothing, with no evidence to back it up. Just exclamation-riddled, incoherent rants.
However badly Ukraine treated the Donbas, the Donbas was and still is Ukraine - that has absolutely nothing to do with Russia, and so does not invasion across national borders.
The rest of your post answers none of my points regarding NATO membership.
That doesn't justify the brutal murder, torture and kidnapping of the civilian Ukranian population by Russia and Wagner.
And even if, in your sick mind, Russia's means are justified, tell me how those newer members joined? In fact, I'll save you the Google - member states have to apply to join; they don't get sucked in by NATO against their will. So ask yourself why countries near to Russia willingly went out of their way to join NATO - both before and since the Ukraine war started. Do you think it might have anything to do with their warmongering neighbours in Russia (e.g. Chechnya, Georgia, Kosovo, Afghanistan)?
The US are absolutely no saints, but Russia have brought this NATO expansion on themselves.
We certainly do still have rights to the Rosgeo JV - we just haven't exercised that right of ownership of the holdco (Monchegorskyoe LLC) yet. The holdco currently has Nyud only in it; there may be more licenses applied for directly by EUA, but we don't know that for sure yet (nor if/when they'll get them).
So if they're being conservative, they should include Nyud only in their resources.

I didn't claim or deny there was firm offer, because there was no definition of what a firm offer was. I did, however, disagree with the claim that the board would tell us, based purely on one poster's "trustworthy" knowledge.
Define "firm". It be anything from a "we want buy x at a price of y" to "here are the heads of terms for our notarised, full and final offer - we only have our funding to resolve now" all the way through to "one signature is now all we need".
