Also I cannot see HARL cannot reduce the number of warrants in view of the cash price of the underlying shares. In fact the exercise price of the warrants exceeds the size of the facility which makes the whole thing strange.

It is clear from this that the actual guaranteed financing that Astra have agreed to provide is £70m with the intention of increasing to £100m. Also it has to be remembered that this is only a proposed facility the only facility in place is the Riverfort facility of which $50m has been drawn on with a balance of $20m left unutilised. So your argument for saying there will not be a pacing does not seem supported on the facts.

Around half of the Astra Asset Management loan will be used to pay off the prior loans from Riverfort Capital Partners. We do not know the timing of the investment under the FSS contract. It is therefore a question of timing to ensure that combined with contractual revenues there will be no need for a capital fundraise.

So it looks like my guess on revenues was not that far off. That said this was taken from a document that is over three months old so calculations may be different now.

Having listened to the interview I can see why BAB and BAe might have concerns with the Team Resolute bid. It is not just that there is involvement of Navantia it is with automation. If there is a knowledge transfer to HARL then HARL may be able to compete competitively for contracts and win which means BAB and BAe will have less work beyond current contracts.

FormerFD ref 16.18 post I believe you are referring to this from my 21 November lunchtime post 'As an example let us assume for simplicity sake that the storage charge is 5 cents a therm a day with a capacity of 5m therms that would equate to a storage charge of $50,000 a day for an annual charge of $18.25m. I think the actual figure will be higher. So the FID will be crucial but should not be confused with a storage and release contract.'
