RE: Navantia Windar consortium Windfarm30 Nov 2022 08:24
LSE03 ref 08.00 I had to wade through a load of rubbish to get back to this post after reading the article. One question I have is whether Navantia Windar would be able to sub contract any of the work. If they can it could prove lucrative for HARL.
Sp28 ref 23.20 post If you change from message view to thread view you can count the number of Stokey Beware threads he started and more importantly my replies it will tell you all you need to know about him and why I diltered him.
JL76 ref 18.49 post If you read my 17.49 post and the RNS entitled New Debt Facility as well as the RNS entitled Accordion Facility you will see RCP still has around 17m warrants outstanding. There are 15m warrants that are subject final agreement of the Astra Assessment Management facility.
neil777 ref 18.18 post I am having trouble with your logic the 5 week high date is 17 October when the share price was 28.5p. These warrants had been granted but not exercised so why will the remaining outstanding warrants to RCP hold the share price back?
Woodstock1970 ref 13.07 post With respect you are missing the point. It is not the amount of shares that are the issue. The AIM rules prohibit any purchases within a four week period to prevent company directors taking advantage of inside information. I think this might explain some of the drop in the share price. Traders seeing the CEO buying shares know that there are no major contracts coming in the net four weeks so sell to buy back nearer the next bit of news.
roly12 ref 12.44 post I was just concerned that the recent purchases by JW meant the terms were being renegotiated in light of the increase in the share price was giving Astra a windfall. In the circumstances a slight change in the terms might be appropriate.
roly12 Can I check something with you. I am trying to work out which will occur first the Black Period following JW's share purchase yesterday or the 4-6 weeks to financial close on the new debt facility mentioned in the 9 November RNS on the proposed debt facility. I make it a close call but the Black Period might finish first. Do you agree.
Jabido ref 15.41 post Yes everything is fine with me. What I find hilarious is how Oranolio1 keeps starting new threads with same heading rather than posting to the thread I had posted on. It is a particularly inept attempt to play the man and not the ball. Of course to play the man and not the ball you need to know something about the man. Oranolio1 gives the impression of a man lacking in integrity or he would address the points I make of course he has no answer so starts a new thread.
Oranolio1 ref 15.18 post Have you not got it into your thick skull what I have been telling you I have been invested here since just after HARL bought Harland and Wolff (Belfast) and have remained invested ever since. I have a four figure holding in my SIPP a point you seem to ignore. I suppose you will start your third or fourth Stokey Beware thread so nobody will see my replies which all prove I am not a deramper. Just because somebody corrects your misleading statements does not make them a deramper. It doesquestion your integrity when you keep on starting new threads to say basically the same thing. Why do you not reply to the thread I posted to?
Mikey279 ref 15.01 Can you follow the logic of being in a closed period assuming that you actually managed to work out how to do that. It also means the contract for the £70m from Astra will not be completed it is currently only a term sheet therefore there is no new debt facility in place. For your information there are significant contracts which are still under negotiation as an example the ex HMS Athelstone. Once it has been stripped for parts in relation to the HMS Quorn HARL was going to convert it we are still waiting to hear to what. There is also the renewables contracts. By my calculations we may be looking at upwards of nine figures of contracts still to be finalised. If you want I am sure we can wait for the FSS contract to be finished first.
My concern with the CEO buying is that this gives a strong implication that HARL is not in a Black Period so there will be no new contract news until after Christmas. Before anyone accuses me of deramping google Black Period first.
roly12 thanks for your 14.47 post I think the poster you mention is one of those who cannot grasp that the £77m investment is part of and not in addition to the £1.67bn contract.
ForrestGump ref 14.37 post you remember correctly I am still under water I would need the SP to double from this point for me to be in profit. I only at a loss when I have lost all faith in the management to get the company in profit. That is not the case with HARL. I think as with those who have been in this share longer than me I have been concerned but that was with how the strategy was being executed not with the strategy.
Oranolio1 ref your 11.53 post your suggestion has one fatal flaw it is based on the proposition that I have sold my shareholdings and now am looking for a reentry price. You have no proof that I have sold any or all of my shares. I note that you continue to ignore me telling you twice that my shares are held in my SIPP. You seem totally incapable of understanding that a person does not have to be a ramper or a deramper. Anyone with a modicum of intelligence reading my first post would understand it as a neutral assessment of where HARL is.
