I see Gusto1's statement on Friday that the only way for Harl shares is up like most of his predictions has proved wrong. I agree in the medium term directionis likely to be on an upwards direction I do not see how it helps anyone to make such reckless statements.

I have checked the Leader of the Commons twitter feed and there is no oral statement today. I have also checked the Order Paper and there is no written statement. As the Commons rises for the Christmas recess tomorrow and is not back until 9 January 2023 that would mean a statement tomorrow. However that would mean an intraday announcement. As we have had an announcement of the preferred bidder I am not sure that a statement is needed. I also note that there is a question asking when the contractis going to be signed it due for answer so I will check tomorrow if it has been answered. I think I know what the answer will be.

The only problem is that it might need the NI Executive to get its finger out unless the UK Government can intervene with funding or the National Infrastructure Bank can agree a soft loan.
