I would have preferred if the plan covered more people than just AR and JW. As an example the MDs for the various sites. That said on a quick read the terms seem fine. I note the enhanced value shares do stretch the executive directors as to get the second tranche of enhanced shares the share price would need to reach £1. I do think it is possible that the share price will reach £1 in the period covered by this plan. I also like that the shares have a locked in period this also further incentivises them to work to increase the share price.

Si_Derman ref 10.15 post My first thought when I saw the RNS was the same as yours. I do not see any immediate need for a placing. That said I do not see Libernium coming on as Joint Broker if they were not going to be able to earn fees. So I thought about in some more and I came up with two possibilities. Firstly, a placing at a premium to the current share price. I stand to be corrected but if a placing at a premium can be done then the share price would move up to or beyond the placing price. As there are tax reasons for investing through a placing it would make High Net Worth Individuals at least think of investing especially if they want a tax loss.
Secondly, looking at the last two appointments, Astra and now Libernium could HARL be looking at a dual listing in New York?

I am going to be controversial. Looking historically at what has happened when seemingly good news has been given via an RNS I am not sure there will be a large jump in the share price either when we get confirmation that the contract has been signed or when we get further details of how the contract will work between the various Team Resolute members.

I am inclined to the view that we will see smaller incremental rises nover the year supported by contract news. There are two points which might see a spike in the share price. First when FY22 figures come out. If they exceed current guidance then the share price might react. The second is when H1/23 figures come out. If they show that HARL is on course to meet or exceed the current FY23 guidance then again we might see a spike.

I feel the share price is on an upward trajectory but not as fast as some might think.

In this case we will only know the contract has been awarded when we get the RNS showing how the work will be divided and more importantly how the contract price is being shared out. I note that mid January is when the Seecretary of State is due to answer the questions sent to him by the Defence Select Committee.

According to the Belfast Harbour website the first Dry Docking of 2023 will be the ULYSSES on the 4 January and is currently due to stay until 11 January. A cross check on the vessel database on the vesselfinder.com website shows that it is either a pleasure craft or a sailing vessel I am unable to tell which.

I have just seen this on the UK DefenceJournal twitter feed https://twitter.com/UKDefJournal/status/1605512400362508288. It reinforces my belief that despite whatever BAe and BAB they will not sub contract work to HARL unless they risk incurriing penalties.

If the demonstrators work then HARL should be inline for a fair size of the Floating Wind market. On checking the size of the floating wind market is expected to grow to $15.1bn.

Assuming for the purpose of this argument as it has never been denied that TeleTim65 and FormerFD are the same person why does someone feel the need after being banned following a number of complaints to come back on days later with another name. Unless it was a total ban surely it is better to serve the suspension than risk a complete and total ban?

I would anticipate Wind Turbine fabrication contracts starting regularly from 23. Also by 26/27 i would expect FSS, IslandMagee and Wind Turbine contracts all generating income at the same time.

althej and Bubble2021 I have checked the leader of the House's twitter feed and it is an oral statement which will be after questions at around 12.30. I would be very surprised for HARL to be mentioned as it is not connected to Ukraine so wouldnot feature in an Ukraine update. As the Commons rises for Christmas today it looks like there will be no statement in the Commons on FSS before 9 January. This does not preclude an MoD press release before then.

BigBiteNow ref 08.58 post Also the added problem with IslandMagee is what effect Ballyumford will have on HARL's revenues. It is not clear the nature of HARL's involvement mainly because it has never featured in any company statements as far as I can recall.

Just seen this on BBN's twitter feed https://twitter.com/BigBiteNow/status/1588101103727640578. Harl is one of the partners in this Ballyumford project. I am not sure if the salt caverns they will be using are the same ones for the gas storage but they are adjacent at least. So this means that HARL has involvement in two energy storage projects in Northern Ireland. With Ballyumford the interest may just be in getting license fees for use of the caverns.

Does anyone know what is happening to HMS Atherstone? I assume that they have finished stripping it for parts but we still have not being given any information as to what use it is being to be put to. I note at the time I note it was said that it would be put to commercial use.
