The Type 26 contract is well behind with the first in class HMS Glasgow not due to enter service in 2028 which is later than the contract required.

RCMPMounties ref 10.51 I would observe that you only make reference to the FSS contract yet the trading update makes it clear that there are other projects that HARL is engaged in. The currently unchanged 2023 revenue guidance is £100m - £115m that was before the FSS preferred bidder decision. This would seem that the 2023 guidance did not factor in the FSS contract. I am currently of the view that HARL is likely to meet the 2023 guidance. This is due to the pre construction enabling works on the FSS contract that will be atributed to HARL. In addition the £77m investment from Team Resolute will probably start to be paid out during 2023.

You should research HARL and all its activities I would also recommend looking at the renewables sector and in particular floating wind turbines. If you have the time look at the Scotwind auction this wouldgive you a better understanding of the revenue opportunities that HARL has and the chances of HARL gaining some of the renewables work.

With the ending of the Saipem contract the question arises what will happen to the performance bond that HARL had to provide? It seems to me that this should be returned as the reasons for the cancellation were caused by Saipem.

Trendz ref 13.26 post I am not sure the to are the same thing. I read the RNS as that you had the £150 - 200m debt facility from Astra and in addition you had the UKEF backed facility. The main reason is that the UKEF facility can only be used for exports while the debt facility was as I understood it to be used for working capital which may or may not relate to export orders.

Also Navantia does not have a shipyard in the UK so it would be politically impossible as I see it for Navantia to change partner. This is because after all the fuss Team UK made of Navantia's involvement they could not now join with Navantia. Also the MoD will not countenance a foreign shipyard being used.

The ongoing negotiations with the Team Resolute will in the first place determine who gets to do what in relation to the pre construction enablement work. Therefore, HARL will have the 18 months -- 24 months of the pre construction enablement works period to meet its other contracts including those deferred from 2022. I am sure that Navantia will be having discussions on who will do what if issues arise.
