ipcutler66 ref 08.01 post I would agree with you except that the increase to $100m was to the Astra Debt Facility. This relates to a different earlier debt facility with a different company. The earlier facility was a $70m facility of which as far as I am aware $50m has been drawndown.

What I find concerning is that the charge is dated on Friday but we have not had an RNS. I have not fully read the document but it increases the Riverfort loan to $100,000 and it also covers the FSS contract. It is not clear if this additional loan is in addition to the Astra facility. I have emailed Seena asking for clarifucation of the position I might get a response.

On checking the Order Paper for today I saw this interesting question down for answer by the BEIS Ministers. 'When he plans to make an announcement on the Floating Offshore Wind Manufacturing Investment Scheme.' This is a reasonable question as they have been considering this question for aound six months. The answer is relevant to HARL as they have been in discussions as I understand it to build demonstrator units for Floating Wind so this kind of indecision will affect the timing on the conclusion of those discussions.

I nnote that we had a substantial late trade just after five. As it was for the full ask price I am fairly sure that it was a buy. Looks like we might have an interesting start to trading tomorrow.

Further to my 08.55 post on reading the quote from the RNS I note that it says 'Given the export orientation of the Company's potential order book over the next 2-5 years' it also mentions an 'export growth strategy.' While we do get some foreign ships into Belfast and we did have the Greenland contract does anyone have any idea about what the 'export orientation of the Company's potential order book' is referring to? I would advise against getting to exited as it does say potential order book.

Loosegoose re your 08.46 post Glad to see the return of one of the old guard hope you are keeping well. In relation to the Astra financing in the 31 December 2022 trading update it says this. 'Given the export orientation of the Company's potential order book over the next 2-5 years, the Company and Astra are also formally engaged with UK Export Finance (UKEF) as part of the Company's export growth strategy across its five key markets. Whilst discussions with UKEF have already commenced, there can be no guarantee of UKEF's formal participation at this stage and such participation will be subject to UKEF's own due diligence processes and formal credit committee approval. The Company is currently working with UKEF to fulfil its due diligence obligations.

On the basis of these discussions, the proposed debt financing is now expected to close in Q1 2023. Financial close is contingent upon completion of due diligence and credit committee approvals of Astra and UKEF respectively. The Company will provide further updates in due course.'

I therefore do not expect to hear anything on the Astra facility until later in H1.
